They received my blood sample last Tuesday, we are now 9 days later not only have they not acknowledged receipt of the sample, it has not been processed. They are not answering the phone either. I paid over £200 for an immunology blood test, and because of this company, I am now not able to work. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

Frustrating experience. Did not receive my day 8 test kit. Called over 6 times and all the responses were a phone hang up from the costumer service team. The results for my day 2 test were released 5 days later and they did not respond to any of my emails. Had to contact the NHS 119 number and request a PCR test. I do not recommend this service at all.

Exceptionally quick service and clear communication throughout. I had undertaken some tests that were time sensitive, my expectations were met fully. Response time over email was also quite quick, i was quite surprised by this, pleasantly ofcouse! Very pleased overall.

The gentleman who answers the phone seriously needs to improve his communication skills. He is extremely rude, bordering on offensive. The way he answers simple questions is never pleasant. The line was bad and I misheard him and he repeated what he said in the most patronising way as if I was an idiot. He cuts off the phone as quickly as he can, sometimes just before you can even thank him. Perhaps he is busy, but that’s not an excuse for cheeky customer service. Do better or you will lose custom. Try calling him yourself if you are doubtful of my experience...

do not ever go to this clinic, not only are they disrespectful they’re a bunch of thieves, I clearly stated the test that that I wanted and was charged more than usual. only for them to do the wrong test and wanting to charge me extra to get the right test done. The fact they had only three reviews I should have been clearly skeptical of going there! Friends said not too as they’re thieves! But against her better judgement I clearly did! This was an emergency! Unprofessionals and not worth a dime clearly !

Reply: that’s clearly a lie! Am happy for the calls to be listened too. I clearly suggested for the right test, as I do not know the name for the test I clearly explained what I wanted. I know what I said. You offered for me to pay half the price when I clearly already paid the full price why should i have to pay again? You were clearly speaking over me the entire time! No one is above mistakes! If a clinic such as yours refuse to accept your wrong doing, then you’re clearly not a professional, because a professional will clearly resolve the issues rather than deny and try to escalate or make it seem like what it was not. Instead of resolving the issue like an adult you hung up the phone and refused to answer the phone.

I was having lots of grief with my GP about obtaining a specific blood test so chose to make my own arrangements. I purchased the blood test online through Blood tests Direct and was able to take the blood with a finger prick kit (remember to run your hand under hot water for 5 mins and stand up when taking the blood to get the blood flowing!). The blood samples I then sent via post to County pathology for analysis where the blood results are interpenetrated by the labs own on site Dr. A brief report was sent direct to me via email within about 4 days - the service provided was quick and reasonably priced.

They supposed to work for testing covid19 every day as the virus don't have 2 days off .. which kind of pandemic take 2 days off
The customer service linked with the test for covid19 coming with the kit said that they are working 7/7 24 but this is a misleading information and advertising in this industry...when this company are tracked down properly they are closed....

Worst lab I have ever dealt with. No one answers the phone, voice mails or emails. Appaling experience. Never again.
