Recently went with my 20 months old daughter, and the doctor, was great with her. Most impressed with his interest in her, not just the reason we were there. I cannot recall his name, but many thanks to him.

Love their online booking system. All I have to do is put in a request, write about the problem and wait for a call back to book an appointment in. Easy and no more excruciating waiting being on hold for 40 minutes. Each time I've come here has been a pleasant experience

Would give 0 stars if possible.

Useless bunch of inconsiderate rude and careless people. I don't believe any doctor working here has the necessary care, attention or even the ability to LISTEN. Don't come here if your in pain or struggling as theyl only cop you off with some crap to make it easier for themselves.

Apparently there's nothing the surgery can do for nerve root impingements, pseudoarthrosis and disk bulges 🤙 if there is any way to investigate this place il find it as there's something shifty going on.

All in all, lazy, careless and inconsiderate staff all the way through.

Hopefully I don't get treated differently after this comment like I did after my last one.

If you like a basic level of engagement as a human being do not use these.

Snotty responses from staff and generally poor communication if any at all.
Dreadful booking system which then insist works despite 4 failed attempts to contact a Dr.
Shocking and appalling is the absolute best I can say about them.

Failed to diagnose several things fobbed off constantly, changed doctors in the end, even saw a private specialist at cost to myself. Not regularly checked with borderline thyroid issue no results actually explained to me or what i actually got diagnosed with. Only saw on my NHS app my diagnosis from 3 years ago when new docs put it up. Been sorted in 2 months flat at new one. The issues diagnosed run in my family too so its not like it shouldnt of been checked. Now been referred for further testing and diagnosis. Absymal best doctor there is doctor tucker who originally diagnosed mbut thats if you can actually get through to him as i barely saw him again but not his fault. New doctors ive now got borderline thyroid being monitored, silent acid reflux diagnosed through ENT and also been referred as my antibodies arent right. Ive been referred for further tests and investigation. Loads of times i kept asking them to check my antibodies as this runs in my family and i just got outright ignored and told i had anxiety well who was right? Me. I even sent photos of my symptoms!! Sort it out its bad when i know whats wrong and you dont.

Worst doctors I've ever been to.
Takes 2 hours to book an appointment over phone and then you have to call back at 8.30am .. to be in a queue for 2 hours again .. rotating circle.
I asked for sick note and I got told because I didn't know how long I want it for, then she can't do one.
I thought they were the professionals that tell you what's the problem and how long .

Honestly don't register at this place !

I havnt seen a doctor in 5 yrs at this place ..they send you to ask my gp ...then when you want to talk to yr doctor you spend over an hr on the phone waiting for em to pick up to tell you to go on ask my gp as the surgery is very busy and fully booked so I physically went down there and ABSOLUTELY NOBODY WAS IN THIS BUILDING!!..NOT 1 SOLITARY PATIENT !!!..... this place is absolutely DIABOLICAL!!

I would just like to take this opportunity to apologise for my actions on the phone earlier on but what I don't get is you are asking people to go on ask my GP app to do everything now and not everybody has got the ask my GP app ie me and my mum and dad haven't we would rather ring up and talk to someone over the phone as that is an easier way for us anyway I'm sorry and it will not happen again
