Anna, Kathy and the team at Cooperative Funeral Care, Corporation Road, Grimsby, looked after our mum when she passed.

At the most difficult time of our lives, my sister and I felt such comfort knowing exactly who was looking after mum, as well as the funeral itself.

Anna was incredibly compassionate, understanding and professional. We were kept informed of everything, asked our thoughts and wishes all the way through.

We were able to make mums funeral as unique as she was, thanks to Anna and her team. As well as arranging the practical side of things, the emotional support we received was fantastic. It was like having another member of the family on hand to help.

We cannot recommend them enough. Without them, we feel the last 3 weeks would have been very different.

Our celebrant, Anthony Spitteler, was also excellent. His help in making mums funeral so perfect for her, was just as much due to Anthony's listening, hard work and making himself available at times to suit us.

Mums funeral was only yesterday, but we felt compelled to leave feedback as we both feel we'd be in a very different place right now had it not been for these guys.

We cannot thank Anna and her team enough at a very sad time for us. We had to deal with things from Spain and she was very comforting that all would be done as we wanted. When we met up at the funeral she couldn't of been any more compassionate.
