I have been a patient at the practice for around 34 years. It was all nhs when I joined. When it changed to private I decided to remain a patient as I like the fact the waiting room is small and doesn't get crowded. I suffer with severe anxiety every minute of every day and cannot deal with change or busy/noisy places. All of the staff at the practice are understanding and patient and provide gentle care.

After a long ordeal with a dental clinic, a friend recommended that I visit Bupa Clinic and ask for Dr. Mustafa Samy, who is known for being friendly, helpful, and professional. When I arrived, he was busy, but after explaining the emergency to the receptionist, she was incredibly helpful and friendly. She asked me to leave my phone number so she could pass it on to him.

To my surprise, Dr. Mustafa Samy called me shortly after and was incredibly friendly and helpful. He treated my daughter in the quickest and easiest way possible,he explains everything clearly and make us and my daughter calm,The professionalism and dedication of your team to patient care made my daughter's experience much more comfortable.

We truly appreciate the compassion and expertise you provided and are grateful to have you as my daughter's dental care provider. I will definitely recommend Bupa Clinic and Dr. Mustafa Samy to all my friends and acquaintances.

had a filling today with sammy best dentist i ever had such a polite nice man aswell , didnt even need an injection as he was in and out in a flash didnt even know he was in there and i nearly fell asleep in the chair i was that relaxed 👍

The Bupa dental care receptionists have improved a lot. They were super helpful in getting me an emergency appointment the next day for my wisdom tooth extraction. My regular NHS dentist is Loana Bota, but she’s on holiday, Dr. Samy took care of me. He was really professional and explained everything clearly. He used tiny needles for the injection before the surgery, and honestly, it was completely painless compared to my previous experiences. When I got home, I didn’t feel any numbness or pain like I did before. Bupa definitely knows how to find the best dentist like Dr.Samy. I highly recommend Bupa Dental Care Grimsby.
