Worst experience ever.
The commercial property estates department own and manage lots of commercial properties in Grimsby, and I thought they would be a great landlord. How wrong was I.
They give you no inventory, then they say when you are leaving and giving notice they want you to do a rewire of the building at £27,000 and to replace the roof at £150,000 from the previous tenant! No im not making this up.
I am currently having to take them to court for my deposit back.
Cowboy behaviour and zero professional integrity.
Awful landlords. They are operating like gangstas. Even the trading standards department won’t do anything.
Feel free to contact me for proof.
I feel discriminated against for being Jewish and now the police are involved as they did not ask the next door unit that and paid for the other units, just me!
Oh, and you’ll get a hilarious email from the office junior crying about bad reviews saying big words for him like “defamation”.

by far the worse council! My mum has been waiting for a back fence for over 2 years. The grass verges in and around grimsby are getting longer and longer. Roadworks are getting way out of hand! Waste of taxpayers money you lot are.

Literally rubbish comunication, i have a bin full of carbored on the front that hasnt been emptied they say it had the wrong cardbored in which makes no sence but cant tell me what shouldnt be in there as there was nothing that hasnt been in there before. or fix it, she said the bin men do as they please there there own bosses.. discusting this is why the east marsh is building up with runnish the bin men are lazy round here and when i first moved in they wasnt and the people working for the counsil even less helpful like this isnt a rubbish town enough, we all pay counsil tax etc , ive already had to pay out for one skip due to lack of bin services i refuse to pay for another. I understand some people are scruffy they dont wanna touch everyones bins, but mine was genually filled with just carebored, where the next one they took probally wasnt.

Absolutely disgusting! After over a month of going to the council, with issues around domestic abuse, I was put in a position where I had to pay to keep my friend safe, who was absolutely failed by this shower of utter *! I'm a disabled woman on very little myself but had no choice. Then, due to their further failings through the week my friend was put in a position where they had to return to the home, due to being left hanging with emergency accommodation and facing sleeping rough, and was consequently put in a dangerous situation. Yet again, they were let down and faced being on the streets for the weekend. I managed to get a local B&B to help and the council said they would reimburse this and supported accommodation would be available from today. This didn't transpire and I am now having to pay the bill for the B&B after midnight when my PIP clears. My friend is now sleeping rough in cold weather tonight and I've had to go without gas and food over the last week as I'd already had to spend the little money I had on keeping them safe previously. As the council failed to pay the B&B this time, and I can't pay immediately, they've thrown them onto the street. I have nothing until my money clears. I've also spent almost every waking hour, every single day finding anywhere and anything I can to help and I'm at the other end of the country. I've had to report my friend to Street Link in the hopes the volunteers will go and find them tonight and find them some safety. Failing this I've told them to go to the hospital and sleep in the A&E waiting room! Lisa Dalby from the homelessness team, your site promises help and safety, and you've failed miserably repeatedly. Nor will you take my calls. So I'm going to find every place I can online to show everyone what a waste of space you are! And I'll make damn sure you lose your jobalso! I've had to pay £35, sent food gift vouchers of a further £45 (which I'd saved for all this year with Park Hampers) and am now having to pay £105 at midnight. This is aside to the hour upon hour I've spent over the last week and the further time doing your jobs over the last month or so, exhausting every option I can! And no doubt I'll be having to pay more out to orrow! You've ignored my emails also and my phonecalls and I'll now suffer for this too, and be in a position where I have to borrow from someone else who has little, so you'll be affecting them again too. How do you sleep at night? And what do you get paid for exactly? Just thought everyone should know how inadequate the help is in this country! What a bunch of ***!

Worst place ever they don’t care about your health or helping you at all . Sophie was very unhelpful, was meant to call me within 7 days which she didn’t
. She then called after 2 weeks, and half way through the conversation asked if I was Olivia totally wrong person . I Explained my depressed and feeling suicidal being a victim of discrimination, which she had a very unprofessional attitude and rude manner not a care in the world . She told me that’s what the police are for , it’s nice to know the council care about the community and helping people in need looks like there doing a great job

The recycling department rubbish not collected our recycling on time all year , and as it's now monthly collection , we'll imagine. Put complaints in , they show as closed , instantaneously on my online account stopped at stage 1 why.
The domestic waste is collected every time , the recycling crews just can't be bothered giving their managers excuses, which they just accept.
What are we supposed to do with our recycling? They just want us to fill our gardens with it ?

The lady I just spoke to in order to fix my council tax bill was one of the most rudest and unnecessarily abrupt people I have ever spoken to. She constantly spoke over me, didn’t give me an opportunity to get a word in, and just came across as a generally rude and disrespectful person. Every member of staff I have ever spoken to here doesn’t have an ounce of professionalism.
