Best Dr's ever. great staff all round one dr outshines all the Dr's I've ever known. above and beyond for every patient truly one of life's angel. Not only educated,also full of knowledge and compassion and a great understanding. She's one of a kind am pretty sure her family, friends, colleagues and patients alike all no she once in life time special person. Very professional an efficient at her job.if she cannot help she'll find you where ever you need to be to get ya well.you dr zoon deserve so much more credit than this review absolutely outstanding at your job 100% faith in your judgements. And never stop being you. Each n every dr is competent there 100% if i was near deaths door there all no what there doing in the own areas of expertise. But if there was a award for being extraordinary then for me dr zoon is it.

I queue at 8am 23/08/2024 for a television appointment I was advised by the receptionist after she had typed destiny I'd recieve at around 09:20hrs. I never got one, I chased this up at lunchtime only to be told there had never been any appointment booked. It's now going into a bank holiday weekend, and I've e run out of my meds. Poor service, I will be making a complaint on Tuesday

My husband and I have recently joined this practice and are extremely happy with the service. We have both had comprehensive checks, blood tests etc. Everyone we have met in the practice : doctors, nurses, administrative staff et al have been very courteous, helpful, friendly and professional. We have had call backs when requested and are not kept waiting for a very long time on the telephone when we ring. It is an extremely well run practice and we cannot praise it enough.

Fantastic, Dr Collett,(jolliest Dr, ive ever met), Dr Jo & Robyn were absolutely brilliant, thanks guys.
Had minor surgery Dr Collett, booked me in for 3 wks on the trot, were other surgery's put you on a list and you have to wait for years. Both Dr's so friendly & put you so at ease ,and Robyn was so friendly, professional and accomodating, wish this was my Drs.
Great work.Guys, pity not all Drs like this surgery!

I have received excellent care from this surgery since I joined about 3 years ago.I take thyroxine and for years with other practices I was constantly on the wrong dose but this surgery sorted me out from the first blood test I had with them. The telephone system is excellent and the call backs by the doctors are very reliable and re- assuring.The nurses are efficient.The doctors are brilliant.
This practice is worth it’s weight in gold and is a treasure in these troubled times.

5 Years on and still an incredible surgery, with a team of fantastic doctors!

Just a shame the same can't be said about the unhelpful, miserable and unempathetic lady that was on there this morning!

Thankfully, I was brought up with some manners, otherwise, you would have received a few home truths about your customer service, which is appalling!!

Ranked as one of the best surgeries in the country and you can see why!

Monday to Friday 8.30 am - 10am ..., and 4.30 pm - 6pm with the exception of a Thursday afternoon, when the surgery is closed.
