It's always a pleasure to pop into this local pharmacy on behalf of Westergate House care home. The staff are friendly and helpful with prescriptions and, in addition, there is a great selection of toiletries and medical supplies.

There's not a low enough star rating for this pharmacy so I had to mark it as a one star. My elderly relative who is extremely vulnerable ordered a repeat prescription and this pharmacy failed to deliver all of the medication. When ringing them to try and find out where the missing medication was, the pharmacist was extremely rude and very defensive. I would strongly recommend to anyone who gets medication delivered from this pharmacy to carefully check what's been delivered before signing. Keep the driver waiting at the door whilst checking the medication.

Very bad experience received from this pharmacy, ordered my son’s repeat prescription with Body wash, cream and lotion each of 500ml, they mentioned the body lotion they had only 200ml tube available and later we can collect 300ml as it’s not in the stock, after 3-4 days I rang to check whether they got the 300 ml lotion in stock to collect, they claimed that we have collected all the items, when I explained you were asked us to wait for the unavailable stock of 300 ml they have changed their word as we have collected the following day and we are wondered how that happened when we are not in the town..!!! This is very very very wrong and unacceptable

Now have to request the GP again to prescribe one more time.. will not use this pharmacy again

This is my local pharmacy. They have never got the prescriptions.
Today when I asked for my 6 year olds prescription they actually laughed at me and said, "we haven't had that for months"

We have recently moved to Barnham, and on the 3 occasions we have used Five Villages , we have found them to be friendly, polite and helpful. I even picked up a birthday card for my brother whilst collecting my prescription ☺
