I am privileged to have been visiting Perry Manor on a weekly basis for 6 years to run intergenerational sessions with local preschool children.
It is an absolutely exceptional place which is full of laughter and happy faces.
The staff are kind, caring and treat the residents like family members with so much love, respect and compassion..
It really is a very special place and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for care for loved ones.

My partner's dad received end of life care at Perry Manor and without exception, the staff who cared for him were incredible. They were so attuned to him, and to the needs of the family which made a very difficult time much easier to navigate

My nan had a fall back in June, and as a family we decided she was no longer safe being at home, having had experience of Perry Manor as a member of staff, it wasn't rocket science to me that she would be well cared for at Perry Manor. Unfortunately my nan became quite poorly after a stroke and needed palliative/end of life care. Perry Manor and the care staff were amazing, showing my nan nothing but dignity and compassion, professionalism and empathy at all times. I'm so glad that as a family we chose Perry Manor, I can not thank the all of the staff enough. The standards of care shown, not only to my nan, but also to the family was exemplary.

My M in L was admitted to hospital with pneumonia last winter and when she was medically fit for discharge it was obvious that she needed extra support as she was still weak (she’s 95!). Due to our family commitments we were unable to deliver the 24hr care she required.
We looked at several care homes in Worcestershire and stopped looking when we found Perry Manor.
We met the home manager Katherine who was delightful and very sympathetic to our requirements and was confident that Perry Manor could meet all of M in L’s needs. This was very reassuring to us as a family.
We were very impressed with the home as we looked round. The dining rooms were laid up in restaurant style which looked very inviting as did the lounge areas. It was spotless, very light and airy and had a nice atmosphere.
There is plenty of room for residents who need to use walking aids to mobilise.
The flooring in M in L’s room was laminate which is ideal to prevent any slips and trips that carpets can sometimes cause. It’s a spacious room with en suite facilities and although she joins in with the daily activities Perry Manor encourage residents to do it’s a nice room to retire to if she wanted to be quiet or receive visitors.
Some areas of the home are carpeted and are kept very clean and odour free.
The food menu is extensive and any diet can be catered for along with any off menu requests. The chef is brilliant.
The staff are all very professional look smart and always meet and greet with a smile and pleasant conversation. Any queries we had we always answered and no question was considered silly and as we were in uncharted territory it was reassuring to be able to talk to the staff.
In conclusion to my comments we believe Perry Manor to be a safe happy place for anyone requiring 24hr care. We are very thankful for everything they have to offer.

My mother has been at Perry Manor since early November 2023. And we’re so pleased that we finally decided on this care home for Mum. This was obviously a big decision to make for all concerned- Mum, Dad, my brother and I along with our families and relatives. After viewing 4 care homes, Shilpa Odedra met us as arranged and showed us around Perry Manor. We were immediately impressed by what we saw, and how helpful and professional Shilpa was. This continued throughout the admission process, the early days at the home and up to the present date. It’s not hard to see why Perry Manor has such a high Care Commission report score. The staff here are all excellent, and only too pleased to listen to our feedback and act on it. The best way to measure all this though is watching Mum improve whilst she has been here, in particular how much better her appetite is and starting to put weight back on. Also getting involved in some of the regular daily activities that the events team put on, and enjoying the wildlife on view from her room. The cafe area, in a lovely bright conservatory, with complimentary cakes and tea/coffee is a great place to sit and chat with family during visits. The car parking and accessibility of the home also adds to the whole experience.
