The manager has a very abrupt phone manner. On the whole the girls were nice but there were multiple problems with my care. I am immunosuppresed and the girls constantly took their masks down. This put me at risk from serious illness. I had to repeatedly ask them to replace their masks. I felt they needed more training in infection control and in general. Poor service and I cancelled the care.

The team cared for my father in the last few months of his life, they were kind, supportive and respectful. Always responsive to his needs. They also made time to check that my mother was ok as well.
Like most of their generation they were independent and were not keen on having carers coming in but they settled into a routine and they enjoyed the team’s visits. My mother now misses those visits.
Great team of carers, can’t recommend them enough.

We have recently moved from another care provider after having issues and can not believe the quality of care that Simply The Best Care provider. They are so good with both my auntie and uncle as they both have learning disabilities. They are reliable and provide such excellent service. They are so attentive with both my auntie and uncle's needs. Nina has always been so helpful and always on hand when needed.
I would recommend this company if you have someone who needs care, as they will definitely look after your loved one and you wouldn't have to worry. Thank you Nina and your team

Simply the best care LTD have been such a pleasure to work with since day one. Me and my family struggled to get normality and consistency in our lives during the hard period we had to face with my mother. After meeting with Nina and the team they made all my troubles go away, seeing a smile back on my mothers face has been great.
The care company and the careers do everything to help and are really flexible when it comes to appointments which we are having on a regular.
The office manager is always on call 24/7 and you know for sure they are only a phone call away. Would 100% recommend simply the best care as they are simply the best.

simply the best care is definately the best care company ive worked with. My mother has regular calls on a day to day basis, and the team are always 100% with everything they do. The carers are always very polite, and continue to support with my mothers needs 24/7, going above and beyond what is expected. Being with other care companies in the past, Simply The Best stand out for all the right reasons. Nina does an outstanding job with my mother, and the office manager is always making sure everythings going well, and provides support in every way possible, whenever extra needs are needed to be met. I would reccomend this company to anyone, by far the best.

Stay well clear of this company if you value your loved ones, standard of care is shocking even after a meeting with social services to try and put basic care in place.

They have left my mother with no food or drinks or have just made a sandwich and gone, my mother who is nearly Ninety years old and has dementia and is prone to falls has 4 hours calls a day and has been left I feed sat in soiled cloths and meds not given.
If that’s not bad enough when you try and sort out the neglect in care you are spoken to like dirt by management called Nicola
