Ashwell Home care Services have given a high level of care to my Father.
The daily staff were always pleasant and courteous, and any concerns for his health were consistently brought to my attention by the office. Good teamwork!
I felt that Dad was in very safe hands.
Staff in the office did well to accommodate the extra visits, which were required at fairly short notice.
Dad was finally very poorly whilst I was away from home and the carer(fortunately, the medically trained man), gave excellent information and advice to me which resulted in the dreaded 999 call once again. Dad was admitted to hospital and has recently moved to a care home.

Ashwell has cared for my mum and dad over the last three years and although I'm now about to stop using their services it's only because my dad has passed away and my mum has moved into a care home. I've felt that they provided an excellent level of service and showed genuine concern for the welfare of my parents. Throughout the three years the carers always arrived when visits were scheduled and Ashwell were also flexible with last minute cancellations. I'm very grateful to Ashwell and its carers for the help they have given my parents and highly recommend their services.

Ashwells Home Care is the platinum standard service other care providers should aim for .They select and recruit staff very carefully as a first point. Then no member of staff visits my parents home unless they have been introduced to them and new staff always shadow another to learn about my father. They have robust documentation so that all carers know the individual care my Dad needs. They respond appropriately to changes in his condition and treat him at every interaction with respect ,dignity and compassion . My mother is his primary carer and Ashwells support her incredibly in this role and day to day. Ashwells provide respite care and shopping to my parents in addition to the personal care for my father . The management are present and hands on which means they have good working knowledge of the care needed and being provided . We are very grateful for their support over the last couple of years and they go above and beyond every day.

Ashwell Home Care are extremely professional, caring and make you feel that you have got someone there for you. Deb, Phil, Kim and all the carers who come in to help me look after my partner are all so kind, nothing is too much trouble and all above and beyond for us. My partner response so well to the carers and she is really happy when they are here. Thank you all so much

We are so happy with the overall care provided for my Mum. The carers and the owners Debbie and Phil have made us all feel very welcome and so at ease and Mum is very happy with the care provided. The help and support the carers give is outstanding and Mum really looks forward to their visits. Debbie and Phil go above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy and well cared for.
