After many years of care and experience of a number of other agencies I have nothing but the highest respect and admiration for all my care workers. As some who previously spent a few years working in a different social services unit I wish that I had received the same level of training and induction. Some hope.
They go miles beyond my stated needs and a large number go out of their way to look for tasks which I hadn't got round to or was even aware of.
Having nearly died at the January they took over my care 3 times daily. Since then they have supported my recent efforts to become more independent.
They are even surprised when I phone them to report .many of them.
It is the level of empathy and skill and ability to solve my specific problems which is unparalleled in my experience. Unless a carer comes in while I am doing this they will not know about this as I accessed this through Crome

Eclipse provided live- in care for my Mother in the last eight months of her life. She suffered from Cascular Dementia. The carers were mature, experienced and well trained. More importantly, they each established a loving, caring relationship with Mum. I felt we could trust each of them to do their very best in looking after Mum, In what were very difficult circumstances, I felt we had three angels looking after Mum. I can offer no higher recommendation.

The service Iam provided with enables me to stay in my own home.

I am very pleased with this as I can remain independent and also safe.

The caregivers help me with my personal care and my bath (on a Sunday). Without them Imwould not be able to do all of this. They also make me my breakfast and hot drinks.

I would be lost without them. They are all marvellous.

Unwiiing and unable to handle complaints in a fair and professional manner.Served notice on my 97 year old mum in the middle of the pandemic rather than deal with quality issues.my sister works for the NHS, this is the last thing she needs right now.

Don’t ever have them you don’t get the carers you’re allocated not well run carers tried to overdose me on more than one occasion by making me take too much medication rude arrogant
