I have been working in the care industry for over 25 years. I joined Nurse Plus as a way to step away from the RM side of the industry, and go back to being more hands on. I must say NP Worcester have been amazing. The ladies in the office are always supportive, polite and professional. I would highly recommend them if you are new to care and support work or experienced. Very responsive in their approach and always keen to help. I enjoy my day to day role. I'm Tina I started at Nurseplus a year ago. I am very happy working for them.They always get me shifts and are always on the end of the phone if u have a problem. Absolutely lovely staff. If you have to cancel a shift at all the staff are brilliant at understanding. Would work with an other agency. They are always there if you need to talk to.

I’ve been working for Nurse Plus Worcester branch since February this year. I am currently working for them. I joined them and have not looked back or regretted my decision. At the branch the team of ladies are a fantastic bunch, they work on our behalf behind the scenes finding work to match my availability: it’s easy, I send my availability they offer me work and have never let me down. I get paid weekly and have never had any issues with pay, they are clear about their rates of pay and pay on time every time. There is someone one on call if there is any issues at a work place. They also offer training.
I highly recommend them as a nursing agency. Five star agency and five star team!!

I really enjoy working for NursePlus in Worcester as the team in the office are very friendly and don't put me under any pressure to work any shifts that I can't do. Donna, Shannon and Ellie are always very helpful and encourage me to take part when there is any training relevant for me to do. I'm 2 years in to an amazing career with NPUK. Staff are out of this world. Hard working, caring and very passionate about the staff they have. Work is always busy and the pay for the career we choose is spot on, training is second to non, and the clients we visit ask for us to come back time and again.
