Been with this practice for a few years now and I have no complaints. Receptionists are lovely every time I’ve talked to them, on the phone and in person, always really helpful and happy to ask questions. I will always get an appointment, sometimes there’s a bit of a wait, but if urgent I’ve been able to get same day appointments. GPs are always kind, informative and happy to listen. The practice itself is always clean and tidy, always space in the waiting room to sit away from other people. The online form is easy to use and incredibly effective to get appointments. Generally good when you're there. Most Doctors I've seen there have been caring and professional. Callback from pharmacist can take a while but usually not more than few hours. In the past getting through on phones first thing and securing an appointment has been a lottery. But staff are generally helpful.

Thankfully, not my usual centre. I was given an appointment for a routine blood test. I arrived early, wasn't able to sign myself in, so then needed to queue for the receptionist. After 30 minutes I was told they had cancelled my appointment. I was a "no show". Apparently, this was my error. Not their appalling understaffed-badly managed-incompetence.

Today 11.40 am appointment made to see someone we assumed it was a doctor, turned up on time as usual my appointment wasn't on the machine so queued to speak to the receptionist, while queuing a physiotherapist came out and called Robert, I said I'm Robert do you have a surname she just turned and walked away , but I was told my appointment is with a doctor so I thought . By the time I'd spoke to the receptionist it was 11.50 , the physio lady then came out said that I WAS LATE AND TOLD TO RE BOOK .
I've actually taken a day off work for issue I had , the receptionist actually apologized when I said this place is so unprofessional .

To make this review you have to give it at least a star , which there not worth .

After returning home after losing a days pay they send me this link , as you missed the appointment would you like to rebook 😂😂😂😂😂

I have been with Elbury Moor for over 10 years now. I can only praise the professionalism of all the staff working there. I particularly value their online web access where particular queries regarding blood test results / appointments can be sent across and I have a reply within 72 hours . Requests for appointments are also handled in the same manner which is very useful for those at work .

I work in a similiar field myself and can appreciate the pressures that they work under in the current state of NHS Primary Care .

I’m surprised by the negative reviews. All staff whether it’s the doctors, nurses or receptionists have always been pleasant. Every practice in the UK is busy but EM try their best and have even introduced a call-back system to save you waiting for someone to pick-up the phone.

Not sure why so many negative reviews. We have availed services few times. All staff are very helpful.

Though we faced few issues when practice directs to third party services and sometimes it can be a bit difficult to get an appointment - but I won’t blame this on the practice as they try their best to accommodate and help.

I had a very negative image of practice on my first visit but it changed.

Been told to call in two days to get a appointment for two weeks time . Since when did this make sense I need appointment asap not a few weeks time . Don't no where to turn now A and E I suppose I can't keep up with this pain for two more wks waited two years for test results called back to be told a phone appointment and they never phoned so wait another two years for my results or go down there Monday I've rung several times during the last Two yrs to get the result from the hospital off them mean while I am getting worse and worse my carpel.tunnel, lost grip now, hands have constant pins and needles if not complete numb I just want the pain to stop and for treatment to begin taken thirtymin to type this has finger go numb really.quick now. Wrote this years ago and still waiting. still waiting six months on can no longer feel temperatures any more and scald myself regularly. Think perminate damage has occurred in the three years since diagnosed whilst on the waiting for injections
