I have just had a consultation with Dr Krishna Malladi I find him caring considerate respectful and above all else he listened to me . I have been with this practise since the 70’s and have always had the very best of service from doctors nurses and reception staff. Anyone who does not experience the same must be attending a different practise than me. I am an elderly patient but I amjust as important to Dr Malladi and the latest new born. Long may he look after my health and wellbeing

The surgery it self is not an issue but Dr. Malladi who from my own experience does not care about patients health and what the patient has to say.

When you are appointment with him, do not expect to go for consultation on time. I had an appointment for 10:20 and he called me at 10:45.

Also, if you try to bring your own thoughts about the issue HE SHOUTS AT YOU!

This is truly alarming especially if I would raise my voice, I would be reported to police for violence on NHS.
The surgery it self is good but AVOID Dr. Malladi at all cost and if your health is dear to you.

If the manager of the clinic cares about the reputation and patient health, please leave me contact details to resolve the issue. Otherwise, I will take this matter further such as "PALS".

He looks up on google for answers. Despite I’m in pain, he turned around and said “I’m sorry I can’t do anything” turned me away for treatment. He’s late and just don’t care for the patients. Riverside unfortunately is going down hill.

Dr Malladi is an excellent physician. My husband and I have many ailments between us, some relating to old age. He has always treated us with care, respect and success and we find the practice considerate and helpful.

Great Doctors surgery. The Doctors are always helpful and you can normally get an appointment on the day you call. Reception are always willing to help and do a fabulous job, which makes having a long term illness a little easier.

When ever I have needed to see a doctor I never wait more than a day. And they even have evening appointments, which is great if you work full time.
