Just been to see my doctor DR MALLADI Halling Medical Centre he is a very caring and understanding doctor i have ever known he listened to me and took time to talk about my health issues the recepitionists are so friendly caring etc i could go on but i feel i am part of a family...50 years i have been under this medical centre and would never change it for the world DR MALLADI well done!! and your team

Genuinely never had a worse GP experience ever, moved GPs. Here’s a list as to why
1. Dr Maladi literally ignored me whilst I was crying because I was in pain which he said was ‘’mild hypermobility”. Went to hospital and I actually have a rare type of Elhers Danlos and need to be medicated.
2. They refused to give me my medication so I need to go to London every single time.
3. According to their database I have no illnesses.. I have EDS and asthma.
4. Can’t even get my asthma pump as they logged it as an acute condition so I had an asthma attack and had to go to hospital.
5. Asked for a medical note post surgery for work.. apparently I didn’t have a surgery according to them.
6. Appointment at 1? You’ll be sat there till 5pm because they always run behind.
7. Chances of you getting an appointment is 0.09% even if ur calling them the second the clock turns 8:30.
8. Shouldn’t need more reasons.

The surgery it self is not an issue but Dr. Malladi who from my own experience does not care about patients health and what the patient has to say.

When you are appointment with him, do not expect to go for consultation on time. I had an appointment for 10:20 and he called me at 10:45.

Also, if you try to bring your own thoughts about the issue HE SHOUTS AT YOU!

This is truly alarming especially if I would raise my voice, I would be reported to police for violence on NHS.
The surgery it self is good but AVOID Dr. Malladi at all cost and if your health is dear to you.

If the manager of the clinic cares about the reputation and patient health, please leave me contact details to resolve the issue. Otherwise, I will take this matter further such as "PALS".

I'm actually closer to the other surgery which is joint with this practice

But on a random day I needed an appointment at this surgery which was with Dr Gardiner

I cannot praise her enough as I have had many doctors over the years. She is reassuring, discusses options and solutions, and nothing is too much trouble. I don't think I've ever spoke to a doctor who made me feel as happy. I've had 2 appointments with her now

I have also had an appointment with a couple of the others who were also very nice

Overall I am always happy with the surgery/practice as a whole. All the receptionists have been polite, and my issues have always been solved

Since we have moved to the area I cannot fault this surgery. If I need an appointment I can normally get a phone call for that day without fail. The receptionist are always so friendly & helpful. It’s an absolute pleasure to be able to call this surgery ours. Thankyou for all you do for us

In these very busy and worrying times, the surgery is always there to support and help in any way they can. The Reception staff, who are excellent, always arrange call backs from the doctors, most of which are the same day or the next.
The doctors can arrange for medication to be collected or ask you to pop in to see them, again, normally the same day. We are very lucky to have such a good surgery.

The staff are caring and always willing to help you. You can always get appointment when needed. The doctors are well mannered, kind and willing to help you get to the bottom of your illnesses. All in all a very good surgery and I'm glad I made the move from snodland doctors and they are useless.
