The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was simple. The self-service breakfast was plentiful and hygienic. The hotel lobby was comfortable, with a bar where you could enjoy a drink in the evening while watching sports or tv shows. The room was clean and tidy. The parking lot charges a fee, but I arrived on Saturday night and was able to park on the street for free until Sunday, so it wasn’t much of an issue. Overall, the value for money was excellent.

Easy to find. Very good welcome and reception experience. Evening meal was very good and drinks prices reasonable. Staff on Reception / Bar / Food were first class. Room was spacious for the money, spotless, comfortable. Parking was very reasonably priced.

Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. We had a standard room double bed and it was much better than expected for the price. Much better than premier inns we've stayed at which cost a lot more. Breakfast also had a decent choice. Car park round the back only had about 10 spaces but we arrived early and it only cost £9 for overnight which is cheap but there's also another carpark nextdoor if needed. On the whole a really great place, very clean, friendly staff, great food and a lovely atmosphere. Also a 5 minute walk to the town centre. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed here numerous times over the last few years. the staff are super friendly and helpful. They are always around if you need anything. The room is spotless and the bed is comfy. Live for the blackout curtains. The parking is secure although it does cost £9 a day (less for a shorter stay) the parking is set by another company. You can park on the council one across the street if prefer cheaper but no problem using the parking outside the building. Paid on the way out. Easy peasy. The breakfast is a perfect selection of everything. The location is spot on from the train station and on the centre of Grimsby. Can walk anywhere you want in the centre in minutes. Recommend 100%

Arrived late after a long Journey from Plymouth. As wife is walking impaired the lovely Jayne and Hannah saw to it that we could stay in disabled access room for the duration of our two night stay.

Both were super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Even down to giving us extra tea bags and milk.

Breakfast was varied and hot. With a great variety of Fruit juices and coffee. Only complaint I had was the toaster was not up to scratch. Even after multiple passes of the bread.

Apart from that a great experience. Will definitely be staying there again

Very pleased I chose this hotel for my brief stay in the area. Room is immaculate. All areas of hotel similar. Could not ask for better staff! My goodness what a refreshing change 😊. From arrival to departure (including service to other customers) their attitude was exceptional. My doggy was made welcome and the whole experience was 5*. Thank you.

Stayed overnight on 10th January as we went to Grimsby Auditorium for a show - situated just 1.1 miles away.||Pre-arrival questions answered quickly.||Arrived 4pm and parked in their carpark, which is a Pay as You Exit. Approx £2 per hour or £9 overnight.||Met at Reception by a lovely lady ( (Jayne ?) who booked us in and explained everything. Smooth, friendly, polite.||Took lift to the top floor (room 416). Room was well above expectation with big thick mattress, chunky duvet, two pillows each side (a soft and a firm each). Very clean and modern. Comfy chair and small desk, tea n coffee. Bathroom with big shower and Dove toiletries - big sink and mirror. I’ve stayed in worse 5-Star places.||Had a meal from the bar menu each, a large red wine and a double brandy for just £40. Had a drink on retuning at 10pm, served by the very polite and friendly young lady who had served us our evening tea.||Breakfast was very well organised, well cooked, plus even though a buffet, all the food was hot. We had ours indoors at a table, but you can eat from a few sofas or pack something in a bag and Grab n Go.||Overall my expectations were exceeded by just about everything. Highly recommended.||It is located next to Grimsby Town railway station, but we didn’t hear a thing.

We were made to feel welcome and was greeted with a friendly, professional welcome.
I’d asked for a note to be left to say happy birthday to my partner and they left a card and a free drink which was a lovely surprise that exceeded what I was expecting.
Communication with the hotel was excellent and big credits to Nicki who was the person I’d spoken to about the card and was there when we stayed. She was excellent and helped make our stay a positive one.
