Ordered from here this week to try them out.

Terrible experience to be completely honest. First there is no clear timeline on their website when the food will be delivered. I've ordered from other companies who guarantee a day e.g. every Saturday - this makes it easier to plan my meals for the week because I know when it will arrive. Secondly food is very bland, no seasoning and tasteless. So many better companies out there to order from. Thirdly food came in a box with one ice packet in it! How is this supposed to keep it cool during its journey to me. Again, I have ordered from other companies with several ice packets (7-8) in order to keep it as cool as possible.

So many better places to order from - will not buy from here again.

ZBR meals are easily the best prepared meals I’ve ever used.

I’ve used prep companies in the past but the problem is, they’re either really bland and boring or, super high in calories.

ZBR have the perfect combination of tasty and exciting meals, with great macronutrients to support my training performance and physique goals.

From a logistical standpoint, the turnaround from order to delivery is mega efficient, and the meals come packaged perfectly for storage in the fridge and freezer.

The effort this company goes to make each individual feel special is second to none , constant freebies, personal messages and the quality of the meal preps you understand they go through all the fine details to cater for each individual needs . Highly recommended for athletes and those who are just simply too busy to cook their own meals ,but want something tasty and healthy at the same time .

I ordered a weeks worth of meals from the team at ZBR.

I received the order really quickly and it was extremely secure and all the meals and content was professionally wrapped with a nice greeting card for that added extra.

The food taste amazing and was extremely convenient as it only took a couple of minutes to prepare. It was really useful knowing all the calories and macro content for each meal as well.

Me and my other half ordered some meals to try for when we’re at work that were quick and easy to sort out. Can’t fault any of the meals we’ve had, all very tasty and nutritious. Meatballs is a personal favourite of mine, we’ll both be returning in the future.

I was recently recovering from a operation & unable to cook for myself so I placed a order for a weeks meals from ZBR. The food stripped my expectations great menu choice all the meals tasted amazing.

I placed my order late Saturday night & received my food on Monday morning beautiful fresh produce clear instructions with a first class service was my experience thanks I will definitely use you again.

Not only do these guys provide amazing food, the quality in clothing they produce is second to none. I train in both the ZBR t-shirts and the 3/4 zip long sleeve, and the material is very breathable and comfortable!

Highly recommend for meal prep and all of your workout gear! 💪🏼
