My husband is terminally ill and has had a lot to do with this surgery and they are excellent. It is very organised and whatever is needed gets done. The receptionists are great. I have nothing but praise for all of them. Received a text to pick up a referral letter when I went to pick it up (round trip 10km)I asked why can't you email it you have to print it so email it or post it that would be cheaper. The reply was we don't do that you should find a survey near you.i have been with the surgery over 25 years disgusting and not professional

Went in for routine blood test. Told my to lie on stomach which I thought was weird then all of a sudden I felt my testicle being gently carresed and by the time I could react I felt a finger go so deep inside me, it made me jump up off thr table. He tried to block the door as he knew he had violated me so I literally had to wrestle him to the ground and leg it out of the surgery ... since changed DR

Shocking service now which is a shame as there is one receptionist Anne who is lovely. Have been trying for months to book a doctor's appointment,but can't get past the new sadly horrible receptionists that have appeared lately .their whole attitude stinks. Had a phone appointment from a stand in,who was more than happy to see Me in person and would gladly fit me in,and told me to ring back and book an appointment...no such look getting past the young lass on the phone who insisted NO appointments ,and can't book one !!!
