I have always had brilliant service from this doctors surgery. An appointment when I have needed it. And very helpful receptionists. My test results have always been really clearly explained. And any problems have been fixed really quickly.

I was really pleased that I was able to get an appointment today -a consultation and a blood test. The blood test appointment was in about 15 minutes from my call!!

Total waste of everyone's time.
My problem was half listened to but not understood. I received no help whatsoever. The suggested remedy was so lazy and ill thought out.
Now after a tremendous effort and hardship on my behalf to stop drinking , I have no choice now but to start drinking again just so I can get to sleep. Well done The Birches .

Trying to speak to someone about vaccinations spent over an hour waiting on phone to speak to someone, told 2nd in Q then 1st in Q then having waited 25 mins voice says We can't take your call right now please ring back later. Waited 5 mins rang 3rd in Q. Put phone down 5 mins later rang again 2nd in Q exactly same sequence of events over the next 25 mins as for 1st call. Later today went into the surgery and was told by a very pleasant young receptionist that I would need to call Anima via website or NHS app. Make an enquiry on the admin option. Went home logged on, the admin option is not available...try when the surgery opens at 7am tomorrow!!!!!
So unhelpful and inaccessible.

I sent details of my concern with a photo at 8.00am via the portal. Within 20 minutes an appointment had been made for 10.40am the same day. I was seen promptly and an urgent referral made to ipswich hospital. All in all an excellent, prompt and efficient experience.

Appointment within few hours of contacting the surgery with an ongoing medical problem. Seen by two very confident trainee doctors, no rushing, then Dr Feltwell to check over the notes they had taken. Referral to specialists now in hand. All very caring medical staff. The visit was for a Flu and Covid jab. Everything was slick and efficient. We were in and out in no time at all. The nurse was extremely quick and skilled at administering both injections and was so welcoming in her manner.
