Hey Baby Northampton is run very much like a family business, considering it’s a national company. The staff are extremely friendly, compassionate, understanding and professional. No question is too big and no problem is too small. They are accommodating, knowledgable and really lovely people. Hey Baby is by far the best clinic I’ve been to for an ultrasound. From the moment we walked in, everything felt warm and welcoming. I also had my SneakPeek test done here, and the entire experience was truly enjoyable. The atmosphere during the scan is so calming and uplifting—it really puts you at ease and makes the moment even more special. Fantastic experience at hey baby. Have been for our gender scan at 16 weeks and 4D scan at 27 weeks, baby had her face covered so we were offered a free rescan. Staff are lovely and do everything they can to see baby.

Our fourth time using Heybaby Northampton and such an amazing experience again for our 4D scan today! They go above and beyond to get you a good view of baby and we took the grandparents with us this time and they agreed with how brilliant all of the staff were! Would recommend highly!
We have had Mona as our sonographer all of the times and she is amazing!

Honestly cant thank the team enough.
Such lovely people who were so gentle and kind. We went for an early scan after a miscarriage in April. We were 6weeks 5days at the time of the appointment and were able to see the heartbeat. The team were so lovely and we will definitely be back for more scans. Thank you so much

Everyone was super nice and we felt very welcomed when entering the building. We was told about the serviced they provided, and what we was going to expect. It’s nice to know that we have a facility just outside of our main hospital which provides different services when doing scans for baby. Thank you everyone!
