This surgery is getting worse by the day, you cannot get an appointment for love nor money and all appointments seem to all be gone within 8.05am which I don’t understand how that is even physically possible?! I also find it extremely concerning that when I was last fortunate enough to get an appointment (Not with GP but for routine over 40’s healthcare check) both waiting rooms in the surgery were completely empty - how is this possible If the doctors are so busy seeing people? This surgery seriously needs looking at because this why our hospitals have no beds! People are going to the hospital because their GP surgery is failing them. There is no continuity of care, you’re lucky if you see the same face twice. Awful surgery that needs investigating. If this surgery doesn’t have enough GP’s to take care of the amount of registered patients they have, there needs to be an intervention or at the very least a telephone line just for children.

This place has change a lot over the past few years. The callback option when booking an appointment is brilliant and efficient system. Saves time! Staff is very nice, polite and responsive.

It's disgusting that you work so hard and pay your taxes and still can't get an appointment. It's always the same call at 8am or call after 2pm. Well I'm a carer with 12h shifts don't spend time sleeping and leaving from benefits. Staff is horrible and unkind not even knowing what we mean with back problems discs or hernia
I wish someone could do something about these people deserve to be seen . And not been constantly on the phone to try an appointment

I rang at 10am hoping to get an appointment for the following week. When I said my symptoms the lady asked me if I wouldn't mind holding while she spoke with a doctor. She came back within a minute or to and asked me to attend the surgery that day in the afternoon. I went and was examined and given antibiotics. Good service when it was obviously needed.

A few weeks ago while staying with my sister in law my husband damaged his ankle, it wasn't broken just very badly bruised with large blood blisters, we attended the surgery to ask if a Doctor could take a look and if necessary prescribe antibiotics as my husband had sepsis twice while undergoing chemotherapy but luckily is cancer free now hence our holiday, we are UK citizens but now reside in Australia. The receptionist we saw wouldn't let us see anyone, said go To A&E. I tried to explain that Australia and the UK have a reciprocal agreement and treat each other's citizens, she said she had no knowledge of this and again said to go to A&E. If surgeries have people on reception they should at least make sure they have all this sort of knowledge, don't you agree.

The staff's behavior was unacceptable and unprofessional. They demonstrated a complete lack of courtesy and refused to actively listen to my concerns. Instead of attempting to resolve the issue, they abruptly terminated the call. This lack of basic communication skills reflects poorly on the entire organization. Management needs to address this serious customer service deficiency.

Once past the gateways the interaction with the care professionals has been good but fighting with the phone system and communicating with the pathway agents (admin staff i guess) makes access to this practice too difficult.

a phone call ɓack or for an appointment. to see a doctor. The doctor's nurses and reception staff have always been very polite and sort out any health issues I may have.
The surgery is kept clean and tidy
Although the telephone lines can be busy you just need to be patience or ring back later, however. I still give this surgery a good rating Linda
