I have been acquainted with PRN Nursing and Homecare Services for the past 8 years .The company have been providing care support for my eldest son who has an Acquired Brain Injury .
The service provided has been consistently high over the years and my son has had the benefit of thoughtful, caring and concerned commitment by all staff at PRN, including both the Carers and office staff. This achievement, in my view, is due to the selfless and conscientious application of the Care Manager. Her unfaltering guidance to her staff results in a first class delivery to the client and her caring and kind nature has no limits. This she applies to everything she does and she always makes herself available to help in times of crisis.
Her glowing example has been echoed by all the Carers who have helped and continue to help my son achieve independence and gives him a quality of life he would otherwise be denied .
Both my son and I enjoy a very good liaison with the company which speedily reacts to any changing needs.
We have received assistance when preparing forms and someone is always available to support my son and I at Social Services meetings which has been incredibly helpful.
In summary, I cannot commend PRN highly enough; the company demonstrates a genuine care and concern for its clients .They provide peace of mind for me and outstanding support for my son. We could not ask for anymore and they are to be congratulated for all they do .
