My recent experience was great! Today is my 2nd time seeing my GP this month but all 2 appointments were on time and no single problem.

Dr Sohinder Rekhi was very professional and he explained to me everything was very clear.

I would like to mention the appointment booking team who answered my call in the morning and straight away asked me to come for a check.

I have been registered with this surgery since 2005. I only like to visit unless it’s a must. A plus point for this surgery is you do get an appointment on the same
day and they do try to help as much as they can. I had an appointment with doctor Madeline on the 30 December 2024. She was extremely attentive. Very sympathetic and very nice she carefully listened To my health concerns. Unfortunately this is rare
as many doctors are locum. Every-time I visit there are different doctors I do not understand why there are so many locum GPs. I would like to visit doctors whom I can see regularly if I have health issues not doctors who are only there temporarily. I saw another doctor last summer who was also very good however he is no longer there.

I was suffering from severe backache. I booked my appointment with hiyos and Dr Hammad has treated me. He was very friendly and he has understood my problem gave me a brief anatomy what is causing the issue and the exercises and life style changes that i have to do. It was really helpful. The appointment was also happened very quickly got the same day appointment.

0 if thats possible. The lady who attended my kid for his vaccine was too rude. Did not show any kind of compassion or kindness towards to the kid who had to get 2 injections. She was not even wanting to answer the questions that we might have regarding the vaccine. Such prople should not be allowed to attend patients. No wonder why people hate your service. Thanks for NOTHING!!

If 0 star was possible I would have given that. My parents who have been patients for over 20 years in this GP asked for support for personal reasons but was quickly shut down.

As a practitioner, their job is to look after their patients whether it’s physical or mental support. They have neglected everything and only care about their profit as a GP.

0 if I could say about the experience here. Came in to try and register to this GP as I am new to the area and the staff I approached was extremely unprofessional with their dismissive nature and unhelpful advised. I left feeling less than with no specific guidance on next steps. Would definitely not recommend coming here.
