Jas was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive from the moment I met her. I first made contact without knowing she was away on her family holiday. We were struggling with feeding and other symptoms and Jas couldn't have been any happier to help me. She provided me with a wealth of advice, checked in with me whilst still away, knowing I had been struggling and signposted me to resources and additional support. She went completely above and beyond to give me the help I needed to ensure that me and my newborn were able to continue breastfeeding. We attended for a feeding assessment one Jas returned and a tongue tie division was recommended. Jas was incredibly professional and knowledgeable but also kind, empathetic and gentle. As a midwife myself, I have some understanding of tongue ties and the physiology around them, Jas respected me in my professional capacity but also treated me as a parent and a very tired mummy. She clearly has a passion for this type of work and her dedication will have benefitted hundreds of babies, parents and families. Jas is one of the reasons we are still breastfeeding now!

I had a previous tongue tie division for my son at 4 days old, three years ago that went smoothly and resolved all of our breastfeeding and weight gain issues for my baby.

I suspected tongue tie for my newborn daughter at 2 days old. Understanding the struggles, pain and worries I was facing for my daughter and breastfeeding journey, Jas was able to quickly accommodate us the following day.

Jas reviewed my baby in detail and determined there was a tongue tie and that a division would be required. Understanding how challenging this procedure could be for a mum, jas showed great care and empathy. You know you're in safe and supportive hands with Jas, additionally with great aftercare.

The procedure was all over with quickly and my baby was able to feed immediately aftrr the procedure. Following the procedure, despite the initial shock for my baby, this was completely forgotten about during her feed whilst still at the consultation. Immediately following the procedure, feeding was already more comfortable and so the procedure had been a success.

I reached out to Jas just before the bank holiday. She was so lovely over the phone and gave much needed encouragement and support. My daughter was able to be seen soon after for a tongue tie assessment and division. Jas was really thorough and listened to my feeding concerns. She explained everything she was doing and was ever so gentle with her.

After the division Jas went through the aftercare and I was able to feed.

Jas saved my breastfeeding journey and I am now exclusively breastfeeding my daughter.

You have been nothing short of amazing. Thank you for your time and patience with us. As a new mother, it has been incredibly frustrating to see my baby go through a myriad of symptoms secondary to a possible tongue tie, which remained more or less undiagnosed since birth. As a health care professional, I was at a loss at the research and the things that I was doing to help relieve these symptoms that my little one had. However, your appreciation towards me has become my motivation to continue on this new and challenging but rewarding journey. The highlight for the day was when you effortlessly completed the tongue tie procedure. Your assessment and reasoning helped me understand what was happening with my baby and I am so thankful that I found your practice. Absolutely life changing. I cannot thank Jas enough for completing the division on my little boy. After being ignored and constantly told my boy didn’t have tongue tie Jas was able to confirm he did and how severe it was. Since the division, he has been so much happier, feeding better, sleeping better and just a much happier baby!
