Silja is a superb therapist. She has a very gentle, caring and professional manner. Her room is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. She tailors each treatment by listening very carefully to my descriptions of my issues and then she focuses her attention on those areas, checking in with me as she goes along. She always seems to know exactly what is needed and I always leave feeling so much better!

Silja is a little miracle worker - I went with a 90-min massage to cover all bases and I'm so glad I did. It was incredibly thorough, and she targeted muscles/tendons I didn't even realise I had. After, I felt completely relaxed, un-tense, and very happy I decided to book - so much so that I immediately booked my next appointment!

Another thing I don't think gets discussed enough but is very important: I felt extremely comfortable with Silja. For anyone who's not a skinny minnie, you probably know all too well how self-conscious things like massages and other treatments like this can make you, but I never once felt that way with Silja. That's not always the experience people in larger bodies have, and I'm really grateful for it. I can't recommend her enough!

My back had many lumps and knots, but that wasn’t the case after my session! My partner, whom I used as a control group, experienced daily pain with knots and lumps everywhere due to his physically demanding job.

His words were, ‘I’m so relaxed now that I’m not in constant pain. my brain isn’t focused on pain management anymore.’ Safe to say, he’ll be coming back

My areas of trouble were upper back and arms, I had a very relaxing and satisfying experience with a swedish massage. Silja went deep into muscles I've been aching from, and some muscles that I didn't even know were causing me trouble!

Once the soreness post massage subsided (stay hydrated!), I can positively see my back has gained flexibility, and allowed me to regain the strength that was hindered by the knots. Amazing.
