Stop fobbing off people to the walk in centre, where they have to wait 6+hrs to been seen. Start providing sufficient appointments for people to see a doctor! You seem to be making a habit of this.

The receptionist staff on the phone are always so lovely and helpful, I usually have allot of questions, I’m very forgetful, and I’m often stressed and anxious, but they are always patient and kind. It’s very important to me, because of my condition I can get upset very easily, but because of their loveliness it’s always a pleasant experience. Thank you x

I am so lucky to be able to transfer from Whitehouse Surgery to Watling Street Practice, the process is amazingly well, I can send an appointment request through their link, a doctor was in contact and used the app to communicate, the conversation was in detail and to the point of what suggestion could be given, eventually she booked me in for a blood test, the whole process is completed in a day which make me so pleased. Thanks Dr. Umar for her effective follow up.

By the way, my husband problem also got treated, he managed to get Dr. Umar''s advice through the phone call, she went thru the test report on each problematic item with us and provided suggestion of what should come next.

I am so grateful to their super quick responds and glad they I have made the decision to change to this wonderful GP.

We are a family of three and we are so happy with the care we receive from the medical team. Online queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Appointments are offered quickly, the klinik app is really useful and saves hanging on the phone for ages waiting for an appointment. Staff are professional and friendly. I feel lucky to be a patient at this surgery.

Forgetting the time i told receptionist i may not be here tomorrow due to MH with them ignoring my medical issues and fobbing me off for years..... and she said "well no. Thats not very nice of you to put on a doctor"

Negligent. Took nearly a year to let me know my results showed chronic illness. Went to them several times over years with many symptoms. Palmed off to cancer unit every time. Thankfully a consultant referred me to the correct dept as every symptom they brushed off as cancer is linked to this very common illness.

NHS treatment at its best!
Having heard that many have struggled to get an appointment with their GP, I was very pleasantly surprised to be seen within an hour of submitting my appointment request on line! The doctor I saw was friendly, natural, thorough in the questions she asked, and professional in the examination she gave. She afforded me adequate opportunity to ask questions about treatment options and about the effect and possible side effects of the various drug treatments that I may or may not decide to pursue. She also made it clear that it was fine to go away and think about what i would like to do; and within minutes of leaving the surgery I received a text with links to a raft of helpful information and relevant research data, to inform my decision.
