Terrible service,they left rotton food out for my loved one to eat,so many safeguarding issues.mess everywhere,soiled bedding ,clothes and towels left for him to sleep in and dry his hands.very rarely covered food so flys got on it.weve now changed care provider,keep an eye on your loved ones ,if they can do what they did for our family member and we went round everyday,god knows what their like to the ones that dont.

Arranged visit from Caremark, told all fine had staff in place and times of care were fine and would confirm next day, two days later had to chase them, they then told us they could not cover the times requested, no reason given, poor service
