I have to say a big thank you to everyone who helped me today after I felt unwell whilst visiting to have bloods taken. Special thanks to the phlebotanist who was quick to get a nurse to check me over. I cannot praise the staff enough for the very prompt attention they gave me. nothing was too much trouble.

My 3 year old son had a blood test here today and the voulenteer bill who was greeting people in was just absolutely amazing. He created such a good bond with my son and went above and beyond to make him feel special and distracted. Such a genuine kind caring man. Thank you for all you efforts.

What an amazing place this is - we all moan about the NHS but this is such a success!
My wife and I have had blood tests and Xrays here - it is staffed by wonderful people who ensure the welfare and well being of every single visitor.
It runs like a well maintained clock.

Satellite out patients assessment centre of kettering GENERAL HOSPITAL Nhs trust gives patient's East of the county the optiitions of having assessments without going to the main hospital in kettering minor surgery can be undertaken on site along with X-ray appointments, mobile screening units are also located at the side of the building to help promote health checks and patient's to get screened without travelling into the main hospital.

First visi....had to attend an outpatient appointment here which should have taken place at KGH. They were friendly, polite, professional, on time, and good medical care. Couldn't fault my visit. A pleasant surprise and different experience to that had elsewhere!

They managed to answer the phone but from there just goes down hill apparently its acceptable to wait until June in 7 months time for x-ray results and a change of medication so what was the point of bothering at all wasting money doing an x-ray as will be irrelevant in 7 months time. Receptionist sounded like it was too much to bother answering the phone which really gets my back up. First impressions are lasting impressions and this isn't a good impression.
