The team has been wonderful, dedicated, kind and professional in the care they have given to both of my parents over the years. The organisation and management of the service is superb, as is their communication. We had a very poor experience with a different company and are so grateful that we found Quality Home Care. They looked after both our parents until the end of their lives, and enabled my mother to remain in her own home, safe and happy, in spite of her many needs. We were able to have absolute confidence that she was in excellent hands. The service was not just excellent and professional, it was loving.

Such a brilliant help when my mum was hit by a car and I needed support with home care for a short period. Every carer was so helpful, friendly, kind, and no job was too small or large. The organisation behind the carers was impeccable and they were always able to accommodate any changes even if they were last minute. This level of support and care has made such a big difference to my mums recovery and to myself. I couldn't recommend Quality Home Care enough and they have my gratitude!

Such a compassionate team of loving carers that have been involved in both our Mum and Dad’s care
The team’s ability to flag up concerns, follow up with other agencies and to consistently go above and beyond , enabled us to spend precious quality visits with her in her own home.
We were often left in awe in the way in which the team not only managed Mum’s increasingly complex physical and cognitive care requirements so gently and patiently, but also the way we were never left in any doubt of the genuine love they had for her.

The care and support given to my mum is excellent. Chloe is fabulous, caring and always professional. I would recommend this care provider with confidence, they took the time to discuss my mums needs and how they could help to support mums independence and immediately put a care plan together that included helping her with her little rescue dog. Quality Home Care came recommended by my Dads Personal Assistant. Promising 100% Excellence. I'm an HGV Driver and Dads declining health was becoming stressful for me, while I was away from home. I've only met Aneta & Jordan from the management side. Without a doubt both ladies are lovely, left me reassured and confident that my dad was in good hands. My dad is struggling to accept he needs help. But he likes his carer Georgina. I now feel confident that all his care needs in the future can be arranged and decided between my Dad, his PA and this incredibly professional agency. It doesn't matter where I am in the country. I know he's safe. Thank you so so much ❤

All the carers have looked after my neighbour with compassion and respect.

I live in the United States and so I couldn't be there for my mother all the time. Getting a good care company for my mother was vitally important. Quality Home Care were superb, she couldn't have received better care and in her last days they were nothing short of exceptional. She was able to have the same carer all the time (except on days off), rather than a different carer every day. I highly recommend this company which lives up to its name.

The care my Dad has received from Quality for the past two and a half years has been nothing other than outstanding. The carers are dedicated and compassionate, and have adapted brilliantly as Dad's needs have changed and become more complex over time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
