I cannot fault the staff, friendly, outgoing and compassionate. However I’m currently on the vip plan for my cat and I cannot stress enough at how much this practice is so overpriced! There has been multiple faults with payments their end and when my bill gets paid I make sure the money is in then it instantly bounces back! The vets quoted me around £180 to have my cat neutered. And this was beyond disgusting! The prices they charge need serious reconsideration it’s as if the cost of living is non existent to them and I feel I’m now trapped in the vip plan because the vets keep sending threatening letters to pay £126 which is absolutely impossible.

Now the vip plan covers worming, flea treatment, microchipping and nail trimming and that’s about all I know. I don’t see that as extortionate but to have only 3 appointments to then be asked to cover the price of the microchipping because of their failure to set up DD properly! I am now having to commit to £15.99 which will not pay the outstanding £126 because that £15.99 I believe would only cover the flea and worm treatment and now we feel trapped because if we choose to leave that £126 will still need to be swept out of my bills, food shop, energy and water and tax! THE VIP PLAN IS A DISGUSTING TRAP SO DO NOT FALL IN TO IT!

I have been a customer of Highcliff Practice for 20 years ..with most time spent with Hadleigh Practice. Richard Pettit is a truly remarkable professional and a well rounded scholar of The Veterinary industry. He and his team of warm , friendly, knowledgeable people at both Brantham and Hadleigh Practices offer a complete and personal service with consistently good support to All Creatures Great and Small in my view but with emphasis on small animal types. I continue to view them as one of Suffolk’s best kept secrets and a business still operated in a family style friendly manner….and one of the most redeeming factors being how every staff member announces their name on reception….a key value in my books. No hiding behind extended and quite useless protocols of protection by voice over either …….in my humble view , having recently return to Hadleigh with my third dog 🐶 ( Clumber spaniel) it’s been like a huge welcome home ..welcome back following a move I made to the west of the county …..With Highcliff Practice you are getting the huge benefit of years of practical experience in the field and not just a platform of recently qualified veterinarians ….so rare but crucially important in this day and age. Bravo 👏. I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone …

Great Vets, we've taken all our dogs there always treated the dogs well, sadly we lost 2 of our dogs a while back, had great respect & compassion the way they helped us & Brandy & Jake R.I.P.
Now Buster is also seeing them, not sure if he's as keen visiting though ; )

We have excellent care for our dogs from this practice. The receptionists go out of their way to squeeze in an appointment at short notice if we have a concern. The vetinary care itself is thoughtful and well informed. Embarking on an expensive course of chemotherapy for one of our dogs we feel we have been given all the facts and options and have confidence in the treatment and the way it is administered.
