Had a referral here for a biopsy in the dermatology department. It was a Saturday morning and my first time here. Parking was great. The nurse and Doctor who worked on me were brilliant, highly professional and made me feel at ease A++ all round. Thank you

Great, approachable out of hours doctor who listened to my concerns.

Unfortunately, I was anxious about attending the appointment due to the rude manner of the receptionist on the phone, who I truly believe should not be working with the general public! Absolutely appalling attitude from start to finish- I do not appreciate being shouted at over the phone!

I took my husband to the doctors,The nurse was very patient with him,as a accident in 1979 left him very scared of needle but the nurse managed to get the needle in but no blood came out we ended up going to the hospital..

Thought I had registered 2 months ago but no record of them receiving my forms although I delivered them by hand. Tried a different surgery within the same building but was asked if I could travel to the Laceby branch. Poor service, successfully registered elsewhere.I worked in the nhs for 49years and can now understand why patients are frustrated by the service!

Rude aggressive reception staff . Cancelled appointment wasn't I formed. Tried to tell me call was made , checked my phone this was not the case . Female aggressively shouting at me , and as so eone who suffers from anxiety this sent me into a panic attack . Shocking service for someone due to have an appointment to find out if I have skin cancer

Dr Sinha is a fantastic doctor, when you actually get to see him. No matter how many times I have to ring up and ask to speak to a doctor I get out through to the nurse! The nurses are lovely don't get me wrong, but if I'm asking for a doctor there's a good chance it's my doctor I need to speak to .
