I went to see Faye today for a deep tissue massage of my back, neck and shoulders. Having had back issues most of my life and finding massage generally helpful I was expecting to come away relaxed and rejuvenated, as I usually do after a massage. What I wasn't expecting was to sit up from the therapy bed PAIN FREE for the first time in many many years. This woman is worth her weight in gold, I had a very warm welcome and was treated with respect, care and compassion. I cannot wait to book in again! Thank you Faye 🥰

Whether it be a stiff neck, shoulder or my ankle giving me what for after an appt here I am always so much more comfortable & movement is so much easier.. easy to book, room is relaxing & super easy being just on the high street to get to..
I have an appointment tomorrow & look forward to leaving with less pain, more movement & being able to get back to usual activity..

Through recommendation via a friend, I booked a massage with Resolve in Hadleigh.

I had a sports massage with Faye at Resolve Sports Therapy on Friday. I wanted to wait a couple of days until I wrote this recommendation so I could articulate the full benefit of the massage, as well as comment on the massage itself. I wasn’t sure what to expect to be honest. My hamstrings and calves had been in pain for at least 6 weeks and I needed to do something to alleviate this. After a consultation, Faye suggested she would concentrate on my calves and hamstrings, and in particular my piriformis muscles, in order to loosen them. The massage itself certainly hit the spots that were causing me so much discomfort. Faye used techniques that enabled her to direct her massage deep into my muscle tissue and relieve the tension that had built up over the course of the weeks. After the massage I went home and immediately stretched out, and could feel the benefits of the work Faye had conducted straight away. Now, after two days, I can say with all honesty that the pains have subsided 10 fold and my legs are returning to feeling normal again. As a PT, it is essential that I look after myself, and as such I am going to be seeing Faye on a regular basis in order to ensure I maintain a healthy, functioning body. I would highly recommend Resolve Sports Therapy to anyone who wants to maintain healthy muscular functioning, as well as those with pains and niggles such as myself, and those with injuries - old or new.
