Doctors/nurses are great. Certain receptionists are extremely rude! Not acceptable when your obviously already going through a lot yourself, and always very uncalled for!

Registered this year after moving home. I was reluctant and nervous as I have a complex medical history and multiple health problems but the staff have been great and I have never had an issue that hasn't been resolved quickly. The online site is a great tool and easy to navigate which suits me perfectly as I don't always feel up to calling I can do most things online including reordering medication and messaging.

I've recently joined this surgery and had nothing but 5 star service from reception staff and doctors. They are thorough and swift with referrals and empathetic when required.

Recently registered across to this surgery from a different one. Before even having time to schedule an appointment I was sent messages telling me I needed to sign up for a weight loss scheme despite having a diagnosed eating disorder and history of disordered eating. I find this both troubling and completely inappropriate treatment of patients.

Wonderful practice... Dr's are very attentive and listen to you... I never feel rushed or frustrated when I have had to visit or do a phone call... same with the practice nurses ...
Receptionists are so helpful, They will do there upmost to help and I always feel like they know me personally whenever I have to call...

Very very difficult if not impossible to see the doctor, also very difficult to even get a phone call from him, used to be good but now well under Parr What does he do to fill his time?.
