I saw a reception lady before Christmas I was very unwell mentally was on wrong medication nearly had a brake down this lady with long dark hair was so kind and helpful she got me to see a doctor I only waited a few minutes I was treated with care and compassion I thank this lady she potentially saved my life as I was suicidal and I'm a state so thank you you are a star don't know your name

Overall a nice surgery but some doctors aren’t the most helpful and if you have a history of mental illness (depression, anxiety etc) may put physical problems down to mental health reasons without investigating. Dr Croot and Dr Anglim are two of the doctors who I think are brilliant and incredibly helpful.

We have the most wonderful practice Hadleigh and Boxford. As a family we feel so lucky to have such a brilliant service. The reception staff are always so lovely and the GP's are excellent too. Thank you for being so amazing

I recently relocated to Hadleigh from another borough and I have to say this is one of the best GP surgery’s I have ever experienced. Appointments are available, receptionists are always super helpful and the doctors make me feel safe in their care. Thank you for making my transitions to a different surgery so pleasant!

Honestly. The staff are so kind and friendly here. Always give you the time you need. Trust me I’ve been to many surgeries where the receptionists are rude and couldn’t care less about you. But here you are made to feel cared for and they will always do their best to fit you in. Couldn’t rate them highly enough.

This has to be the best surgery I have ever come across . The receptionists , nurses and doctors are excellent and their service of care is exceptional. The surgery is always clean too . An fantastic example of the NHS at its best !!!

We were in the area visiting my wife's sister but my wife was quite unwell. The surgery made time to see her on the day a call was made. The lady doctor took the time to examine her, put her at ease and prescribed medicine. This a better result than our own surgery!
