For me personally, my experience with the medical centre has improved immensely. Over the past couple of years, it was one of the worst but not anymore as there has been lots of changes and improvements. If you follow the rules, you should be able to see a GP or referral, depending on how serious your case is.
I do appreciate their efforts to help us as they have so many patients to deal with which can be overwhelming sometimes. The staffs are very polite to me in person or over the phone. They're working very hard so people need to have patient and understanding. The doctors and nurses has always been compassionate and helpful. Making sure they pay attention to details to solve your problem. I appreciate and thank them all.
I won't give 5 stars because there's always room for improvement. My honest opinion. Thank you.

I used to go to this GP more than 3 years for some medical issues and it's been so good. And specifically doctors are so friendly and they treating with extra care. Now they even started to take online appoinment so it's so easy to connect with them. I suggest this is the best GP in this Luton town.

What’s the point in saying your accepting new patients when you can’t even fit in your long standing patients. I have used this doctor surgery since I was a child and it’s just gone down hill.
No one wants to listen to you, I’m a single mum to a 7 months old, I have no one to watch my her, so I can’t just go and sit in the a&e for hours on end, and if I call 111 that is where I will likely be referred to or the walk-in in centre where again I have sit for hours on end with young my baby because I’m unwell.
Your receptionist never hear you out when you call, they just instantly slam the we have no appointments comment, call 111 or go walk in.
It’s a joke!
So stop taking on new patients and focus on giving your existing patients better care and priority. This is why I never call the doctors because I can never get the help when I need it, I can’t rely on you to help me because you never do.

I attended the surgery this morning regarding a medication and an appointment for my husband. I would like to say a big thank you to Dipy and Ramish who was very helpful and sorted out both queries.
Many thanks again guys....

It's impossible to get an appointment. Within 5 minutes of opening, the online form is removed due to "high demand," and when you call, they never pick up. And when you do manage to fill in the form, they just reply with text saying to go read this and that online or call 111. It's like they don't want to see you and just push you off to another service.

Customer service in this place is simply shocking. You can never get any help, support or answer. At the end of the conversation they will just hung up without any word. It's getting worse day by day.... I can't wait to move out and change the doctor surgery...

Tried to make an appointment to see the Doctor with burst blood vessels in my eye. The optician advised that I would need to see the doctor. I went to try and make an appointment. The receptionist told me there are no appointments and I would have to book online and they they are fully booked. The male receptionist did not appear to want to book me in. This could be an urgent situation but I was told I must go online and there were no available appointments. Very frustrated and disgusted by the treatment I received. I will be feeding this back to the GP when I am able to see them.

I've been with this surgery since I was a teenager due to my doctor retiring at a near by surgery.Despite all the negative reviews regarding either the receptionists and or the doctors- in my opinion, the doctors listen well, are compassionate and wholeheartedly treat me according to my ailment- very well.

However, I'm also a good patient, I research my issue, write down when it began, how long it's lasted, the pains associated and when it's at its
aggravated point. Therefore, when I get to my appointment I'm ready to answers the docs questions.

Via the docs I've been referred to consultants and or specialists. Yes there will be waiting times- buts that not only subject to this surgery, this is a national phenomenon.

The receptionists, in general I haven't had much issues with, I normally give a brief of why I'd like to see the docs, name and date of birth.
