Brilliant facilities and an even better physio. Josh always makes time for me and deals with any footballing issues I have really quickly, to ensure I’m ready for the next game.

The ice baths and infrared sauna are great for my recovery too!

I've been to see Josh for a few years now for both injury rehab from rugby and general maintenance from sitting at a desk all day. Josh really knows his stuff and has got me back from knee and shoulder injuries much quicker then I thought. Would definitely recommend.

I have recently finished ACL reconstruction rehab with Josh from the latus injury clinic. Josh was amazing right throughout the entire process, keeping me motivated constantly setting new goals to reach the next phase of rehab. Josh used plenty of sport specific exercises in my rehab program. This made my transition back to sport much easier and now my knee feels better than ever. Josh has since kept in touch to ensure I transitioned well back into sport.

I’ve been working with Josh for both pre- and post-operative physiotherapy after my ACL and meniscus injury, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and thoroughness he’s provided. From the start, he took time to understand the specifics of my injury and tailor a rehabilitation plan that felt both challenging and achievable.

The pre-op sessions were especially valuable, as Josh made sure I built up strength and stability around my knee before surgery, which I now realise is playing a huge role in my recovery. He was very attentive, constantly adjusting exercises to ensure they were pushing me just enough without overloading. His communication was clear, and he was always willing to answer any questions or concerns I had along the way.

Post-op, Josh’s approach has been equally meticulous. He’s closely monitored my progress, adjusting exercises as needed and always making sure I’m recovering at the right pace. Every session is well thought out, and I genuinely feel like I’m in safe hands.

Overall, the physiotherapy experience with Josh has been outstanding. His knowledge, patience, and commitment to my recovery has made a significant difference in getting me back to full strength. Highly recommend his services to anyone going through similar recovery.

After the NHS made a mess of my Acl In 1995 , then having to have them both done again ! I was more than worried.
After being recommended to Josh, I went for a consultation.
Nothing was an issue and their was never any pressure on time.
It was all about me and what I wanted to achieve.
I had a long summer of hiking and a winter climbing course booked so time was an issue.
The knowledge that Josh brings to the table is second to none.
You will hate him in rehab and curse swear and sweat but the results will be there.
I can’t recommend Josh highly enough and if I have any more issues I will be back !
