Meyer clinic, the team and Annelize are exceptionally professional and courteous. Annelize certainly knows what she is doing and perhaps the best consultation I have had. I was welcomed with a warm and friendly reception, which immediately made me so much more relaxed. My appointment went ahead on time and throughout out the whole process everything was clearly explained to me, including the procedure and the costs involved. When I was given my invoice, there were no additional costs or surprises. My whole experience from start to finish was both extremely pleasant and worth every penny. I already have and will continue to recommend Meyer Clinic, Annelize and her incredible team to family and friends.

I booked an appointment to have Botox treatment for my teeth grinding condition. The clinic itself is very nice and the receptionist was nice too. I had my Botox treatment with Dr Annelize Meyer and I found her very cold person, (possibly French, which would make sense) she didn’t speak much, when did speak, I didn’t understand most of the words she was saying, as if she just wanted to get rid of me and for sure I didn’t feel I was welcomed. However, I still got charged with the maximum amount. I was told that the treatment would cost £320 unless she use extra Botox but she didn’t and I got charged with £55 extra amount added which total of £375 been ripped off. I had Botox treatments for my teeth grinding condition before and as well as other Aesthetic treatments but I never experienced anything like this. I asked Dr Meyer why she used so little this time, her response was every person uses different technique which I found it as cheap comment just didn’t suit to a medical professional! As a professional myself, I run my business and I don’t treat my customers like that and certainly I don’t rip them off. As a result of this experience, I will not use Meyer Clinic ever again and certainly I will not recommend it to anyone.

Annelize is extremely knowledgeable and takes great care of you during your aesthetics journey.
She knows how to enhance your look without overdoing it, or changing your look completely (unless that's what you want of course).
I know I will be always be well taken care of and given advice that I trust. The results have been incredible too!
The clinic is beautiful and the staff are always warm and friendly.
I personally wouldn't go anywhere else for my treatments and I travel a fair distance to go to Meyer Clinic.

Sadly my experience ended negatively at the clinic. I was treated fairly badly after an admin error on their part. Instead of doing anything to fix it they simply dismissed me. I felt lied to and uncared for, presumably due to the fact I was not spending enough money with them. I am now out of pocket having to re pay for a consult somewhere else, and travel expenses.
I was made to feel like they would be doing me a ‘favour’ throughout.

When it comes to your face, you want to make sure you choose someone you can trust. I cannot recommend the team at the Meyer Clinic enough. Dr Meyer is just incredible. She is honest, professional, knowledgeable and extremely lovely to deal with. That same honesty, professionalism and friendliness/loveliness is reflected by the rest of the team. The welcome and treatment you receive is exceptional. They always remember you.
I have been seeing Dr Meyer for the past 2 years for Botox and have been extremely impressed with it all. Everything is explained to you, she makes sure the treatment is specific to you and that you are fully comfortable with what is happening.
Whilst the treatment is amazing, the aftercare that is afforded to you such as follow up appointments etc are just as good and incredibly appreciated.
I cannot recommend the Meyer Clinic enough!
