Amy is brilliant!
She helped me with my knee pain that I developed during my morning runs.
She highlighted quite a few issues with my posture and the way I walk, and recommended exercises accordingly. The pain was gone pretty soon afterwards and didn't return.

Amy really helped me with lower back pain during my pregnancy due to scoliosis. She gave me exercises to do at home as well which were great for reducing pain in between visits.
