Lovely place with great reception and amazing physio therapists. Awesome service and atmosphere all round.

I've had sessions with Tim who is very personable, kind and friendly and makes you feel at ease when you're there.

Sessions are very productive with a lot crammed into half an hour with helpful notes given to you at the end of each session, should you want and need reference for your exercises.

You never feel rushed during this process and lovely patience is shown at the end when trying to schedule the following week, if you have irregular working hours like myself!? Lovely place, would definitely recommend. ?

Ayesha is excellent. Kind, professional and helpful. Fixed me to run a sub 2 hour 1/2 marathon and put me back together afterwards! Helpful staff and a nice place. Recommend.

Easy to book online. No problems to get an appointment at short notice. I had a sports massage for 1/2 hour. was very firm and helped ease my muscles after Achilles surgery. Will book for more in the future. Ayesha was friendly and thorough - thanks
