Really unpleasant experience today. I left in tears. Just came to collect my elderly dog's medication which i'd ordered prior. The Receptionist told me that as there were 2 items originally prescribed I should be having both. I explained i'd spoken to the vet who had prescribed these and she said one may not be tolerated by my dog because of her advanced age and illness. Receptionist was quite belligerent and insisted I had to pay for both adding that "you've already said she couldn't tolerate such and such medication, you wouldn't have that either" I asked if she was forcing me to pay for medication that my dog couldn't tolerate? She then said very loudly so all waiting could hear: if she's not happy she should go to private vet. In the end the vet confirmed I only needed the one prescription.
A horrible and humiliating experience.

When to pick some medication up for my dog and got told I owed them £30 for medication and £30 for a 2 minute phone call that the vet made, because I was taking up 2 minutes of the vets time ( ridiculous). Don't ask for the vet to call you
