Diabolical - ruined by Laura Ashley curtains. Took my heavy linen Laura Ashley curtains in for a freshen up, and got them returned with all sorts of black marks on them. Wouldnt' give me a refund until they had tried again to clean them. Each time they almost got worse and they blamed another branch they had sent them to.

After a lot of to-ing and fro-ing I eventually managed to speak to area manager and managed to claim part of the value of my runined curtains. Staff really didn't seem to take any responsibilty, would not recommend. Massive chew on!

Left Five Pairs of Curtains in the morning. The Staff are a credit to the Company. She explained all the risks with Dry Cleaning and said they would hopefully be ready for collecting later in the day. They were and they looked like they were new. Would highly recommend this shop.

Went in at 1710hrs after seeing on Google that the store closed at 1730hrs, I was told that they would not do my daughters passport photo as she closes at 1715hrs to get the bus and the till was locked up! She said it would be the same tomorrow, very poor service, don't advertise a closing time if you're not going to stick to it.

They are amazing! Contacted erimus cleaners in March, who agreed a quick 2 day turn around for my wedding dress to get cleaned from after the holiday to the night do. Turned up the day after we arrived home and they refused us, awful snotty woman. I was crying ringing round other stores, Johnson’s told us to come down and they would have a look for us. I turned up and they said they’ve had much dirtier dresses than mine before they can do it for me with no problem at all. The women were absolutely lovely, one was called Mandy and I didn’t get the other ladies name but they are absolute life savers! I go to collect on Saturday afternoon and I can now chill until then! Would fully recommend!!

Requested help with placing two photographs in a locket. Photographs were on an old print and on a phone. Space available , tiny. Paula in the shop very professionally produced a set of prints for each photo, cut them to the correct size and inserted them in the locket. What an amazing service coupled with being very friendly. The whole thing accomplished for the price of two prints. Impressive. Thank you.

I asked for my cat pickles's photo to become a xmas bauble it is gorgeous. Nothing was too much trouble. A friendly and efficient service. I also got a photo of my two sons when they were younger into a Christmas tree ornament it is beautiful and like a snow globe when you shake it. I can't recommend the service highly enough.
