Surgery doesn't even deserve 1 star. I filled out a 'fit form' as required on their site only to receive a text the next day saying 'if i need a fit form i have to be seen by a dr first (so why have the form on there?) Spent all morning in a phone queue of 40+ to be told no appointments to see a dr, try again tomorrow or come in at 8am and queue up.Went in at 8am the next day to be told the appointment would only be a phone call back not even a face to face. When the Dr did finally ring he was very unhelpful as he knew nothing about my past medical issues as I've never even seen him before. Can't understand how this place is classed as a 'surgery' anymore, they should not have merged them. Go elsewhere and don't waste your time here.

I recently visited this medical center with a 61-year-old friend who speaks very little English. Unfortunately, we encountered extremely low and racist treatment from one of the doctors. My friend was told to change her job if it was causing her health issues and was questioned about how she could have lived in the UK for 14 years without speaking English. The doctor also expressed frustration that she brought up her issues after suffering for many years. However, I had previously mentioned her concerns in two other appointments, only to be told each time that only one issue could be addressed per visit. This kind of behavior and disrespect towards patients is unacceptable and highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this medical center to anyone.

I have epilepsy and this is the 3rd time they have messed up giving me my medication. This time they messaged me at 10 past 6 to say I need to book a meds review and I can't have my medication till this is done. They have told me this just before they shut for the bank holiday and I need this medication to live my everyday life. I think it's disgusting I am looking to change doctors and pharmacy it's so wrong how they treat people not to mention there rude when spoken too.

Horrendous surgery - twice I’ve been to this doctors for separate issues and twice they’ve prescribed me the wrong medication, took me off a painkiller and put me on an anti depressant that’s not done anything now I’m in pain. They’ve also moved my appointment from half 10 in the morning to 3 in the afternoon, when I took the morning off work, so I’ve missed a whole day because of their incompetence. Don’t go here unless you want stress and anxiety, seems like the doctors already make their minds up before they’ve even seen you. Pointless and a waste of my time applying here. Seriously find somewhere else, you’re wasting your time.

Had an appointment today with Sam the nurse and just want to say what a lovely, professional and very pleasant lady she is.
I was called in before my appointment time and i was made to feel so at ease and comfortable, she was so friendly and chatty.

Used to be a good doctors but the very opposite now, impossible to get an appointment despite doing exactly what they ask (ring at 8am) been trying now all week with no joy.
Literally feel like I don’t have a doctors anymore.

Its such a shame, use to be a good surgery, sad to see all these negative reviews, unfortunately merging was a big mistake. Why do we have to travel to Hull for a breast screening, when I know it can be done here. Madness.
