A lovely pharmacy and very friendly counter staff especially the gentleman that served me who was exceptionally polite. However have just had an incredibly unpleasant encounter with an incredibly rude pharmacist.
I have never been spoken to so dismissively or passive aggressively, it was genuinely shocking.
All health care professionals work incredibly hard,and community pharmacy in particular is horrendously overworked but her tone and attitude is absolutely unacceptable. She then refused to give her GPHC details over (which I have now thankfully obtained) and was incredibly defensive and unwilling to help or support my baby. Her attitude has the potential to cause considerable upset and distress to vulnerable patients and there needs to be some accountability. I truly hope that this is an isolated incident and that no other patients are spoken to the way I have been tonight.

I recently consulted the chemist on some treatment for keloid scarring. He was extremely helpful and generous with his time, being honest about the cost of the options (there was absolutely no hard sell). Fantastic customer service.
I've also found the chemist to be good value, e.g. some specialist dressings I bought from them previously were very competitively priced.
Very impressed overall.

Pharmacist refused to sell over the counter burn gel due to being over protective of her job. I really appreciate doctor's advice but I didn't ask for one as I have decades of medical experiance. Not sure I will be coming back.

Fantastic pharmacy! Had an item in stock that I couldn't find elsewhere. Was able to get through on the phone to check that they had it in stock before making the journey. No queue to collect, and only had to wait for a few mins for it to be processed. Staff very helpful and friendly. Can't praise this place highly enough and wish more pharmacies were like this. Thank you and may you go from strength to strength!

A totally dependable. Well stocked chemist
The independent owner Chris is a highly knowledgeable pharmacist and in all but extreme cases is as good as a visit to your doctor with no waiting for an appointment. Sadly he can’t give you a prescription but his advice is truly sound

Rung up to see if they had a specific medicine on prescription as my pharmacy has run out, she said yes she has it but I can’t have it as I’m not a regular customer. Very unfriendly.
