I brought my 6 week old baby to Gayle as he was extremely unsettled and someone suggested a cranial osteopath. We have visited Gayle 4 times and wow the difference is incredible. He is like a different baby. Much more relaxed and settled.
I would recommend a cranial osteopath to anyone with a newborn, especially Gayle!
She did a thorough check of him on the first visit and we went through every element of his life so far in detail. We then made a plan going forward for his visits and care. We will be continuing to visit Gayle going forward, the work she does is second to none.

I highly recommend Gayle Palmer, she has been treating our whole family for over 20 years.
Whether it is back , joint pains, colic or just feeling out of alignment. Gayle will sort it!
Thank you for helping me walk pain free, after only 2 sessions.
If you are sceptical of osteopaths, take the plunge and book in with Gayle, you will not regret it.

Gayle is amazing. I have been seeing her for 29 years and I can truly say that I feel like a different person when I leave, I am able to take a deep breath in and my body feels totally realigned. I recommend highly.

Gayle saw my 7 week old baby following advice from a lactation consultant as I was experiencing pain during breastfeeding and he wasn't gaining weight quite as well as he should. Gayle gave him a thorough examination and treatment, including assessment of his tongue and suck reflex. Just 24 hours after his treatment, which he seemed to enjoy, the pain on latching had improved dramatically, and had resolved completely within a few days. His weight gain also really took off. He is now thriving, and we are happily breastfeeding pain free. Thank you Gayle!

Gayle Palmer has been looking after me for well over 10yrs now. I am a Type One Diabetic with Underactive Thyroid whose joints, discs and muscles (Neck, Back and Pelvis mainly) like to displace themselves fairly easily and regularly. Despite my medical conditions Gayle is able to treat me so that I am able to live pain free and mobile! Honestly don't know how I would get by without her! Super knowledgeable with magic hands!!

Admittedly I was sceptical before attending.
I have never seen an osteopath before and was not sure it would help but after a week of struggling and severe pain that was debilitating I needed to try something other than just pain relief.
Gayle very kindly fitted me in at very short notice.
I'm nervous of the unknown and shy
Gayle's calm and friendly manner put me at ease and helped me to relax.
She was quick to realise what the cause of the pain was and explained so that i could understand.
She then went to work putting things right.
The following day I was sore as Gayle said I would be ...
But I am continuing to follow her advice and today.. less than 48 hrs later, I could get myself out of bed with less pain involved than for the past week and I am able to get myself moving quicker.
I know now I just have to let the inflammation settle for full recovery
Thank you so much Gayle for your kindness and no fuss attitude.
Another thing ... Gayle did not then say I immediately had to come back for a long course of treatment that I wouldn't be able to afford... simply a check up in 6 months or so to see how it was
I would definitely recommend .

My newborn was a very unhappy baby until we saw Gayle. She cried almost constantly when awake, had multiple reflux symptoms and looked as though she was very uncomfortable. We were recommended cranial osteopathy by a friend who had also brought her baby to Gayle, and thank goodness we were! We have had four sessions so far and the difference in my little one is like night and day. She is noticeably much more comfortable, feeding has improved, she now naps better during the day and is generally just a much happier baby. I am only sorry we didn’t come weeks earlier. I would most definitely recommend this treatment.

I have given Gayle a five star review before but this relates to my husband. He had a fall causing a slipped disc which aggravated his sciatic nerve. He was in severe pain - a visit to A&E gave him no help - he was told if it didn't get better on its own he would need an operation. He had a session with Gayle which gave some relief but he was still in pain a month later - she had said it would take time but he was impatient. For a second opinion we went to a specialist back unit in Hove. They said he was not bad enough for them to treat - it was obvious that the work Gayle was doing was having an effect and he should stick with it. So he did. It took twelve weeks and many sessions with Gayle but he is now fine! He should have listened to her and been more patient. These things do take time but with Gayle's professional treatment they get better - trust her but be patient. This is all so much better than surgery.
