After doing an 8 week mindfulness for life course with Claire during the pandemic, I have continued weekly mindfulness sessions in a small group guided by Claire. I thoroughly enjoy Claire’s mindfulness sessions. Claire is so welcoming, warm and very knowledgeable. Claire guides a relaxing session which can include group discussion, sitting, tips to use in daily life and always closes with a poem. I would definitely recommend Claire to anyone who is thinking about mindfulness practice, whatever stage of their mindfulness journey.

Claire's mindfulness sessions have been a great source of comfort to me over the past few years especially since the pandemic. I had been to her mindfulness sessions in real life before the pandemic and was impressed at how Claire adapted to the challenges of taking these sessions online. She continued to deliver thoughtful, engaging and poignant sessions and the change of delivery format did not impact the effectiveness of the practice. She punctuates the sessions with insightful quotes and poems whilst also encouraging a grounded approach and offering up very useful tips and tools to manage more challenging thinking. Her guided mindfulness practices are very relaxing and I have taken so much from the sessions that I bring in to my life day to day. She has a gentle way of bringing you into the sessions and helping to hold the group and nurture a sense of safety and community. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to others who are both looking for an introduction to mindfulness or a group to practice with on a regular basis.

I have been joining the weekly Guided Mindfulness Sessions and have really enjoyed them. Claire is a great guide in the meditations and very knowledgeable. Claire is also happy to answer any questions and provide other sources of information which will be useful. There is also an insightful weekly poem. 🙂
