I’ve been coming to VIVA for a few years now, and before that had never had any cosmetic procedures done! Nurse Vikki talked me through all my options to achieve my goals, and I’m now a regular where she still calms my nerves every single time! The reception staff (shout out to Shelly) are also some of the friendliest people you’ll meet❤️ If you’re after both a professional and calming clinic, I would highly recommend.

I have been to the Tunbridge Wells clinic several times over the last year or so and each time I have had a very pleasant experience. The staff who work there are very professional, polite and friendly. My first treatment was with Nurse Vikki and my other treatments have been with Dr. Rupert. I'm so happy with the quality of service and results - the practitioners always explain everything thoroughly and I'm left feeling confident and very happy. I highly recommend this fantastic clinic to others and look forward to my next appointment in the new year.

I’ve been seeing Dr Rupert for almost 10 years both in Chelsea and Tunbridge Well and have had an amazing experience every time . He really takes the time to find out exactly what you want and gives fantastic advice, manages expectations and the results are incredible. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my skin and the whole Viva team are personable and lovely and special mention to Shelley at Tunbridge Wells who is the best! Thank you so much Team Viva xx

Fabulous experience seeing Dr Rupert today. Thoroughly professional and supportive throughout. Saraca in front office was super efficient and very knowledgable. Both put me at ease. Absolutely delighted with results to my face, jaw line, eyes and nose.

I had a really disappointing experience. The details of the treatment were not explained properly, and I decided not to proceed. Despite this, they still charged me £75 and insisted the details had been discussed, which was not the case. I would advise others to be cautious and ensure everything is clearly communicated before committing to anything.
