I joined this practice on the 13th of November 2023 after spending many years living abroad in Turkey with my partner, who, sadly, passed away from cancer. As a cancer survivor myself, I have returned to my home country and been deeply impressed by the exceptional standard and professionalism of the doctors and nurses here.

Since my return, I have had to visit the hospital numerous times and face ongoing health challenges. However, the care and support I have received from this surgery have been nothing short of remarkable. Their swift responses, dedication, and compassionate approach have made a significant difference in my journey.

My case may be more complex than most, but this practice has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure I receive the care I need. Their professionalism, empathy, and tireless efforts have not only bolstered my respect and admiration but have also given me strength in difficult times.

I am truly grateful to every member of the team for their unwavering support, and I thank you for your outstanding conduct in what has been a challenging situation for me. Wishing you all a Happy New Year and continued success.

If it were possible to give negative points, they would definitely deserve it. It feels like they just don't want to work. I've already been forced to stop taking some of my medications for over a month. I've lived in several areas, and this is by far the worst GP service I've ever encountered.

My partner is 22 weeks pregnant. She is sick for 2-3 months. Fever, cold shaking, coughing. My 2 year old daughter has had the same symptoms since last November.
Any time she visits this place (weekly or 2 times a week) seems like they are ignoring what she says. They said it's normal. Normal is someone suffering from a fever.
How can a doctor say this?! They don't give medicine, the last advice was 'drink more water'. In 2024 that's the best that a doctor can do or say ... Absolute ridiculous.

I absolutely love this surgery. The reception staff are incredibly polite, empathetic and helpful, when working under so much pressure. I've always been able to speak to a doctor within a couple of hours of calling, and then got either a prescription over the phone or a same day face to face appointment as needed. Thank you for all the brilliant work you do.

I am really impressed with this surgery. The calling method is fantastic: you have an option for someone to call you back when you are at the front of the queue, which the receptionists usually do with care and efficiency. So you don’t have to wait for ages at the telephone…
I also always get an appointment on the day, when I call at 8am.
The doctors are knowledgeable and compassionate. The nursing team is amazing and caring. And the receptionists are always very polite and do their best, despite the stressful job they have.
All in all, I am very pleased and I have no complaints whatsoever.

Despite having had an appointment just two weeks ago, I've been abruptly removed as a patient without any prior notice. I've been a resident in this area for a decade and have faithfully relied on these doctors throughout. Shockingly, it seems they've arbitrarily narrowed their coverage area without informing me. One week I'm permitted to schedule appointments, and the next I'm suddenly barred from doing so. Considering I live within a mere 5-mile radius of the practice, their lack of communication and abrupt dismissal is utterly reprehensible. Completely unprofessional, I'll now be sure to use all tax avoidance in my business schemes to ensure you even worser funded next year as what is our tax spend going on? Dr's charging out £100s per hour and they can't even get basic admin tasks right. Yet, they can hold you ransome to life saving medicine, dispite being able to be better informed by Google and AI on conditions.

Absolutly useless, find a better Dr's surgery. They dont bother picking up the phone and when they do they havnt got a clue. When ive been in there an seen them prattling to each other about eastenders instead of answering phones. Snotty attitude and couldnt give a flying about patients. Takes ages to ge through to be told we cant help. Most of the phone options just cut off because they're to lazy to answer the phone. Rediculous! You would get more use from a chocolate tea pot then these lot.
