Visited the MRI Scan department and the service was very good. Scan machine was comfortable and not claustrophobic.
Out-of-hours, the X-Ray/MRI department is accessed from the side entrance on Burton Road.

I just want to thank Caroline Webb and her team at the plastics trauma unit for doing such a great job repairing my finger.

Not busy today when I visited for an MRI, very helpful and courteous staff. Free parking for only 30 mins, which is not sufficient for hospital visits

Big Thanks to all the staff in the 'Treatment Centre' on the 1st Floor. I had to go in for a cystoscopy today and was dreading the thought of it. I have to say that all the staff, from booking in to carrying out the procedure/s were exemplary in their jobs. Put my mind at rest, listened, explained everything, treated me with empathy and did not rush me at any stage. Considering they do these all day every day, they were very kind, made me feel unique and at ease. I can't praise them enough and would recommend this site for anyone needing such procedures.

Visited the Endoscopy Dept here recently for a colonoscopy. All the nurses and clinicians were friendly, informative, and super-efficient. A much better overall experience than a colonoscopy I had done at a private Spire hospital 5 years ago. I also appreciated the classical music this hospital plays through its speakers which creates a pleasantly calm atmosphere.
