A great professional that truly loves her work. I have had the great pleasure of being under the care of Karina for my glass back. Karina has taught me how to look after it properly and helped to me to understand the interaction of the muscle groups involved to do that. I thoroughly recommend the services of Karina and would not hesitate in visiting her clinic again, should i have any more issues that require a physiotherapist.

I recently moved to this area from Staffordshire, where I had an excellent physiotherapist and I thought I would never find another so good. Then I found Regen and Lucy, primarily for my partner, but as soon as I saw Lucy, I was convinced that she would help me too. After only a few visits, we have both felt the benefit of her expertise and our shoulder problems have improved significantly. We have been attending fortnightly, but are now at three weekly intervals and moving towards monthly appointments. Lucy is not only superb at her profession, but also a lovely intelligent and friendly lady, a joy to interact with. Physio sessions are once again a joy for me...and also for my partner, who had not resorted to regular therapy in the past, but now realises how beneficial it is.

As it was my first time here on Saturday, Harriet was very welcoming and asked plenty of questions to gain knowledge of what techniques and practices she needed to do to help me, the massage was very very good and it has helped already! She spoke me through certain techniques, also explaining the benefits of them.

Today I completed my initial assessment with Liam to sort some shoulder pain and I can already tell this is going to be a really positive experience moving forward. Liam listened to my issues and identified the problems straight away. He then gave me a list of exercises that showed some immediate results in terms of mobility that I haven’t had for years. Liam from Regen Physio was great. Very knowledgeable, responsive to the ailments I had as a runner, and offered various techniques to improve my condition. Also, very chatty and easy to carry a conversation with. Further he wasn't afraid to recommend other staff members if he wasn't available which only boosted my confidence in the site as he was quality himself. Will deffinitely be using while continuing my training.
