Had my first ear wax microsuction/removal and im 20+ years old with a history of using ear buds to clean my ears because of a lack of understanding. I thought i damaged my ears permanently the night before due to the blockage being severe but an effective consultation and treatment meant my ears were cleaned and assessed to then be told to have an ear infection in both ears. I got prescribed appropriately and am now properly treating my ears. I have to thank the person that greeted me for a simple comforting welcome and i have to also thank Hassan Karim in his effective handling of my ears and essentially saving my hearing. True it is very much the simplest of things on paper to assess and clean a patient’s ear while keeping good company but it went a long way in giving me some peace during the process of having a loud vrrrrrr sound next to my eardrums and after that’s all done i’ve been given a second chance at hearing properly. I can’t properly quantify the preservation of one of our 5 senses so i’ll just say i’m thankful for this clinic.

Excellent service. Attentive and very kind staff.
While I'm waiting for a scan, my baby wanted a bottle of milk. When I was called, she was still drinking and the professional who called me simply picked up the baby and continued giving the bottle while I performed the scan. And she held my daughter on his lap, playing with her until I finished the entire procedure.
Unfortunately I can't give more than 5 stars, as they deserve much more.

I would like to thank Hassan at the Ear Clinic.
Having been told that my son couldn't have his ears unblocked on the NHS I looked for a private clinic and found this one online.

He was amazing with my teenage son.
He has autism and has sensory issues.
Tbh I didn't think he would be able to sit through the treatment.
Hassan could clearly see him begin to struggle and he started talking to him about computer games to take his mind off it. It was all over with in no time.
